Job Responsibilities:
- Perform complex dance routines with confidence and flair, incorporating elements of fashion and performance art.
- Collaborate with the creative team, including choreographers, directors, and fellow performers, to bring the vision of Jean Paul Gaultier to life on stage.
- Participate in rigorous rehearsals and maintain a high level of physical fitness to execute demanding performances.
- Engage with the themes and aesthetic of the show, contributing to the overall narrative and visual spectacle.
- Be prepared to travel internationally as part of the tour and adapt to varying stage environments and audiences.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in professional dance or performance, with a strong portfolio showcasing versatility and skill.
- Exceptional dance ability with a strong foundation in multiple styles. While dance is the primary focus, proficiency in other performance arts (acting, singing) is advantageous.
- Physical fitness and stamina to perform complex routines and participate in extensive rehearsals.
- A collaborative spirit, ready to work creatively and cohesively with a diverse team of artists and technicians.
- Flexibility to travel internationally and commit to the tour schedule for 2024.
- Must be 18 years or older to apply.
