Our client, an American retailer that owns and operates four well-established brands is hiring a Fashion Concept Director to join their design teams in San Francisco, CA!

This team creates trend ideas, themes, mood boards, and presentations for seasonal designs. As a Director on this team, you will manage the discussions, collaboration across teams, and final presentations for fashion concepts and themes for their Women’s clothing!

*This is not a sketching position.

Responsibilities:

  • Research global trend insight and markets in order to identify new trends and strategic concept direction each season.
  • Work with the Concept Senior Director to curate and create trend ideas, themes, mood boards & presentations.
  • Ability to visualize compelling presentations and mood boards
  • Collaborate with concept and design teams for seasonal Kick Off.
  • Develop strong internal cross-functional relationships with design & merchandising to ensure strategic and purposeful trend direction – provide trend support & guidance as needed.
  • Consistently research trends and the marketplace, for inspiration and opportunities in product assortments, trend and storytelling.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of fashion design experience
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, and highly collaborative environment, with the agility to juggle multiple seasons at one time and track fashion deadlines.
  • Possess an elevated sense of style, trend, knowledge of women’s design and how to translate trends through the lens of the customer and brand filter
  • Dynamic, team-oriented attitude to lead and manage creative thinkers
  • Confident presentation skills, capable of influencing an audience – both visually and verbally.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.

FRTB Project Manager

The role will be part of a core central Program Management Team charged with ensuring the timely execution of deliverables across all workstreams whilst imparting subject matter expertise and know-how.

The candidate must be an individual experienced in project management and with sufficient subject matter expertise to be able to provide meaningful solutions that are functional and sustainable.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Transformation / change management / PMO experience with a focus on Capital Markets initiatives to address regulatory, audit, risk and control and / or risk management issues

• Partner with the Business, Finance and Market Risk to implement strategic solutions for the firm.

• Represent MSS Transformation across various streams of work to ensure the timely delivery of key initiatives, milestones, issue tracking, and issue remediation.

• Effective communication with key stakeholders, both internal and external to the program / project, including obtaining buy-in for business process and infrastructure changes.

• Work closely with the Markets Business and Technology teams to ensure that the data is accurate, complete, has proper data lineage, and help steer the overall data governance.

• Delivering effective, articulate, and concise presentations to senior management covering project / program status, resourcing and plans

• Working knowledge of Markets business and products (FICC and Equities) and / or regulatory capital

• Ability to influence and build collaborative relationships across Global Markets front-to-back stakeholders, e.g., trading desk, finance, operations, technology, risk management

• Experience analyzing large datasets using SQL, Python, a plus

• Assist in ensuring that all target state tools, processes and controls are socialized effectively and are approved at or by the appropriate governance forum or level

• Manage internal and external dependencies across initiatives, including working closely with Risk Managers, Product Owners, Front Office, Product Control and Technology teams

• Identify challenges and proactively seek to resolve or escalate risk and issues in a timely and well-articulated manner to the projects by engaging relevant stakeholders and PMs

• Engage senior stakeholders continuously by escalating and resolving issues as they arise

• Produce accurate and insightful project update materials and artifacts, tailoring to various forums and committees

• Build strong relationships, adopting a joined-up approach, to support the execution of programs

Skills Required:

• Minimum of 10 years of relevant industry experience

• Strong & proven track record in strategic project management and delivering complex solutions are essential

• Has significant experience in Capital Markets Transformation

• Significant experience in scoping, developing and prioritizing plans for strategic initiatives

• Excellent oral and written communications skills; must be articulate and persuasive with the judgement and authority to provide insightful commentary to senior stakeholders

• A solid understanding of mechanisms to track and communicate performance

• Ability to drive change to business practices by working effectively across a global organization and understand different perspectives

• Thought leadership in target state design through engaging stakeholders at various levels of the organization

• Demonstrated analytical skills with follow-up and problem-solving capability

Skills Preferred:

• Experience in Market Risk and Regulatory related projects

• Bachelor’s/University degree, Master’s degree preferred

• Project Management certifications e.g. PMP or equivalent a strong plus

Job Description

We are seeking a Brand and Packaging Art Director to join our dynamic team. This role is at the intersection of

brand development and packaging design, where creativity meets functionality. The successful candidate will

be responsible for leading our brand’s visual identity and packaging initiatives, working closely with internal

teams and external partners to deliver compelling, cohesive, and market-leading designs.

· 5+ years of graphic design experience, with a strong portfolio in brand and packaging design.

· Experience in the beauty and/or fashion industry is highly desirable.

· Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator).

· Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.

· Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

· Knowledge of current web, print, video, and social media technologies.

· Motion graphics or dynamic design experience is a plus.

Job Responsibilities:

· Lead and execute innovative packaging and brand materials for our global creative department.

· Collaborate with creative team members, brand, and engineering to develop solutions that are both creative and manufacturable.

· Understand and manage packaging costs to deliver within budget constraints.

· Stay abreast of industry trends, particularly in the beauty sector, to ensure our brand remains competitive and innovative.

· Develop and implement internal brand guidelines for global consistency.

· Serve as a central liaison between global brand design and internal departments, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

· Lead brand projects, ensuring they align with our overall vision and meet market needs.

· Produce multi-channel marketing materials, including print, web, social media, and video, to support global product and program launches.

· Conduct product and model shoots, overseeing all aspects from concept to execution.

· Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and outputs are of the highest quality.

· Must be able to work on-site at our facilities as required.

· A true team player, with great listening skills and a passion for design.

· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple programs.

EDUCATION

· Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Communication Arts, Advertising Art, or a related field. A BFA in Graphic Design is preferred.
