POSITION SUMMARY
The Senior Account Manager, Creative Services, works directly with clients and staff to oversee briefs from start to completion as well as other projects for our clients, and ensures that project goals and objectives are met within the agreed upon time, scope, budget and resource requirements.
This role must be based in Montreal, Quebec, and applications must be bilingual (English/French). YOU MUST HAVE BROADCAST EXPERIENCE TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS ROLE.
JOB DUTIES

- *Oversee briefs from start to completion, ensuring quality at every stage
- *Manage the client relationship, assessing needs, making recommendations and managing budget and timeline
- *Be the central conduit for all project communication and status updates
- *Interact with graphic designer team as well as external print and production vendors to oversee project delivery from start to completion
- *Identify and troubleshoot technological bottlenecks in workflow and/or asset management systems
- Work closely with the design director to insure designs are branded properly and meet highest quality standards
- *Resolve issues escalated by the client and communicate significant issues to the Director
- Use feedback from monthly and quarterly client meetings to meet client expectations
- Advise customers as to potential benefits, features and capabilities of new or revised services and service enhancements
- *Build relationships with end users; manage their perception and expectations
- *Accurately quote all jobs and keep the client updated regularly with any additional costs. Invoice all projects on final delivery
- *Be accountable for overall financial performance of projects against budget. Assist department and clients with budgeting process
- *Meet monthly financial duties as described in the Accounting Close calendar
- Forecast monthly results at the mid-month timeframe
- *Develop and analyze the monthly performance and progress reports, including expense management and achievement of financial targets
- *Provide valuable input for monthly and quarterly client meetings; preparing data/content and be able to present to Senior Client Sponsors
- *Understand site financial targets, analyze trends, identify shortfalls, and help to create action plans to recover revenue or cut expense
- Seek opportunities to expand services with the client
- *Maintain close contact with Client Services team who are also on the same account and provide input into Account Plans
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
- 4+ years of experience in handling client briefs from start to completion
- A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media, Design, Sociology degree or equivalent. A combination of education and work experience can be substituted
- Understand production processes and the essentials of a good brief
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent written and verbal skills
- Excellent understanding of cash flow
- Be highly organized, detail oriented and be able to multitask and prioritize workload
- Previous experience of project management applications
- Understanding of Tag’s job-tracking system
- Solid understanding of Microsoft Office suite
- Understand the client billing process

As the Senior Social Media Specialists you are the go-to expert in all things social/digital, and the ultimate brand champion and social media program lead on select customer accounts. As a more seasoned expert, they are not only a great resource for their customers, but for fellow team members as well. Their goal is to deliver exceptional quality strategy, industry insights, programming, results, and recommendations to maintain and grow customer relationships, and play an important role in supporting departmental initiatives.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum 5+ years in digital, social media and/or advertising across B2B and B2C companies
Bachelors and/or post-graduate degree in Communications, Advertising, Media Studies or a related field (a combination of education and experience can be substituted)
Experience successfully managing projects, teams and growing relationships with enterprise-level clients, and working with cross-functional teams and agency partners
In-depth knowledge and understanding of social media, digital and CRM platforms and best practices, with a passion for creating meaningful, relevant, and effective content that lives on these channels
Experience developing strategic recommendations/proposals for social media and digital activations (paid/organic) and KPIs to effectively measure success
Proven experience effectively leading a team and providing quality assurance for fellow account team members & direct reports

Results-driven proven experience accurately reporting and analyzing numbers and metrics
Proficient in social measurement tools (ex. Sprout Social, Brandwatch, Hootsuite, Meltwater, native platform business/ad managers, etc.) and third-party social e-commerce (Dash Hudson, Shopify)
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills with the ability to deliver high quality work and project manage/manage deadlines, and delegate tasks with ease
Exceptional written and verbal communication
Effectively presents ideas and recommendations to internal team and to external clients with the ability to generate interest and excitement
Team player, able to work collaboratively cross-department and communicate with management
Ability to actively listen and liaise with clients in a professional manner, takes pride in exceptional customer service
Active participant and leader in team settings including client working sessions, internal brainstorming and training
Strong knowledge in Microsoft Office 365 tools such as (but not limited to) Word, Excel and PowerPoint, OneDrive, Microsoft Teams

*Acts as the program lead for the account, responsible for coordination across all unique brands (cosmetics and derma)
*Develops & oversees the implementation of integrated social media strategies and program KPIs across portfolio
*Is responsible for five direct reports, managing their overall experience for training & development and HR
*Ensures the seamless execution of the program by championing exceptional quality in every aspect of program delivery and internal/external communication, including supporting junior team members and ensuring program KPIs are being met and exceeded
*Reviews, evaluates, and reports on client social media analytics and performance to continuously improve results and meet program KPIs, using tools like (but not limited to) Sprout Social
*Coordinates alongside integrated agency teams, integrated media teams and brand teams to ensure effective project & time management
*Proactively suggests opportunities to grow the business, including upselling and cross-selling
*Responsible to staying ahead of the curve, bringing new trends & ideas forward to the client and internal team
Per Colorado state requirements, this posting reflects the salary range for this position for a Colorado based individual: $66,640 Minimum – $123,760 Maximum per annum. For all other states, please inquire with the Tag Talent Acquisition Team.

Job Description:
· Ideate cooking and lifestyle videos;
· Develop shot lists with a solid understanding of key recipe steps, draw storyboards and other necessary supporting documents for video production;
· Revise and update all relevant documents as per client feedback;
· Participate in Tag’s internal video creative briefs and pre-production meetings;
· Attend client video pre-production meetings as required;
· Oversee production on-set when required;
· Report to Video Production Manager and work collaboratively with video team (Production and Post Production) and Test Kitchen to ensure open communication on video programs;
· Overall support to the team to ensure exceptional quality on all video programs;
· Copy and script writing for video as required;
· Directing on/off site when necessary.
Desired Skills/Expertise:
· Exceptional creative writing skills;
· A degree/diploma related to film/TV/video production;
· Culinary/ Recipe Development background considered an asset;
· Minimum 3+ years of relevant experience producing cooking and lifestyle videos;
· Passion for excellence, quality and customer experience;
· Knowledge of Powerpoint;
· Ability to direct talent and voice over artists;
· Ability to assess project timelines and meet deadlines;
