Retired or Retiring Veterans and Families for Branded Content (USA Today & Navy Federal Credit Union)
Job Description: We are casting real veterans and their families for branded content on behalf of USA Today and Navy Federal Credit Union. We are looking for retired or retiring veterans who have purchased a home or are in the process of buying a home in the following cities or surrounding areas: Sarasota, FL, Norwich, CT, Derry, NH, Omaha, NE, and Portland, ME. This is not a role for actors, but rather an opportunity for veterans and their families to share their authentic experiences on camera.
Job Responsibilities:
- Participate in a branded video shoot that highlights your real-life experience as a veteran and homeowner.
- Be prepared to share your story, including how your military background and home-buying journey have intersected.
- Follow any directions from the production team to ensure the best possible representation of your experience.
Requirements:
- Retired or retiring veterans (Army, Marine Corps, Navy, Air Force, Coast Guard, etc.) and their families (spouse, partner, children).
- Must have purchased a home or be in the process of purchasing a home in or around one of the specified cities.
- Must be comfortable sharing your personal story on camera.
- All ages, genders, and backgrounds are welcome.
- May be required to show Form DD214 for verification of veteran status.
Compensation:
- Talent Rate: $2500 flat rate for the family.
- Usage: Videos and images will be used on USA Today platforms (web, new media, social, digital) with a 2-year buyout from the first use.
- Term: 2 years.
