Native American/Indigenous Actors for “People of the West” (SAG Speaking Roles)

Job Description: We are casting Native American/Indigenous men and women for speaking roles in the upcoming production People of the West. This project focuses on portraying the rich and authentic stories of Native American/Indigenous people. We are seeking talent from ages 15 to 70s for SAG speaking roles. No prior acting experience is required, and this is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a meaningful and culturally significant production.

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform in a speaking role as part of a SAG production, delivering lines and embodying the character assigned to you.
• Follow direction from the director and production team to ensure the authentic portrayal of your character.
• Attend rehearsals and all filming days as required by the production schedule.
• Maintain professionalism and collaboration with other cast and crew members on set.

Requirements:

• Native American/Indigenous men and women, ages 15-70s.
• Must be local to California.
• No acting experience required, but talent should be comfortable speaking on camera.
• If under 18, submission must include a parent/guardian’s contact details.

Compensation:

• Pay rate is $500+ per day based on the role and experience.
