Job Description:
We are seeking a male actor to portray a friendly and helpful AC Technician in a commercial for an air conditioning company. As the AC Technician, you will play a key role in delivering a solution to a stressed suburban household with a broken air conditioning system. This non-speaking role requires the actor to convey a sense of professionalism, competence, and approachability while performing typical service tasks, bringing relief to the family in the commercial.

Job Responsibilities:

• Portray a professional and friendly AC Technician performing repair tasks in a suburban home.
• Use non-verbal acting to demonstrate confidence, competence, and helpfulness in resolving the air conditioning issue.
• Follow the director’s instructions and handle props such as tools and repair equipment with realism.
• Interact with actors portraying the suburban couple (husband and wife) in a polite, professional manner.
• Maintain a clean and professional appearance that reflects a competent service technician.

Requirements:

• Male talent, aged 25 to 45.
• Open to all ethnicities.
• Ability to portray a helpful and friendly demeanor through facial expressions and body language.
• Must be comfortable handling repair tools and performing light, simulated repair tasks.
• Comedic and improvisational skills are a plus but not required.
• Must be available to film in Phoenix, AZ.
• Prior experience in commercial acting or similar non-verbal roles is a plus but not mandatory.

Compensation:

• Pay rate: $750 flat rate plus craft services.
• This role includes a complete buyout for use across TV, internet, print, radio, and out-of-home media, with no talent fee renewals required.
