Job Description:
We are currently casting a female actor to portray a suburban wife in a commercial for an air conditioning company. This role requires the actor to depict a stressed and frustrated wife dealing with a broken air conditioning system in her home. The character experiences relief after making the smart decision to call the AC repair service. This is a non-speaking role, but the actor must be able to convey emotions of discomfort and eventual relief through facial expressions and body language.

Job Responsibilities:

• Portray a suburban housewife dealing with the frustration of a non-working air conditioner.
• Use non-verbal acting to convey emotions of stress, discomfort, and eventual satisfaction after resolving the issue.
• Follow direction from the production team to enhance the commercial’s storytelling and message.
• Collaborate with the actor portraying the husband to create an authentic household scenario.
• Maintain a polished and professional appearance that reflects the suburban environment of the commercial.

Requirements:

• Female talent, aged 25 to 45.
• Open to all ethnicities.
• Ability to effectively communicate emotions through facial expressions and body language, as this is a non-speaking role.
• Comedic and improvisational skills are a plus but not required.
• Must be available to film in Phoenix, AZ.
• Prior experience in commercial or non-verbal acting is a plus but not mandatory.

Compensation:

• Pay rate: $750 flat rate plus craft services.
• This role includes a complete buyout for use across TV, internet, print, radio, and out-of-home media, with no talent fee renewals required.
