Job Details: We are currently seeking a stand-in for an upcoming feature film. The ideal candidate should closely resemble the physical attributes of a key actor in the film. This role is critical in assisting the film crew with the setup of various scenes and shots by standing in for the actor during lighting and camera setup.
Responsibilities:
- Being present on set for the duration of the shoot (specific dates from March to April will be provided).
- Working closely with the director, cinematographer, and other crew members.
- Standing in for the actor during technical preparations, such as lighting setups and camera blocking.
- Maintaining a high level of professionalism and punctuality.
- Being flexible with schedules and adaptable to changes in shooting plans.
- Ensuring personal safety and compliance with all set protocols.
Requirements:
- Height: Between 6’0″ and 6’1″.
- Physical appearance similar to the actor (details to be provided upon application review).
- Full availability from March to April (specific dates will be communicated).
- Must possess a current (non-expired) driver’s license.
- Must have a valid Social Security number.
- Prior experience as a stand-in is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to follow directions accurately and work well under pressure.
- Good communication skills.
Compensation:
- Rate: $140 per 8-hour day.
- Additional compensation details will be provided upon selection.
