We are casting for a Welsh teenage girl to play a leading role in an upcoming major feature film. The character is described as working-class, brave, headstrong, spirited, and curious, and we are looking for someone who can embody these traits. No prior acting experience is required, making this a fantastic opportunity for a young girl looking to take on a significant role in a feature film.
Job Responsibilities:
- Portray the lead character, a brave and curious Welsh teenage girl, in a feature film.
- Follow direction from the production team to bring the character to life in various scenes.
- Collaborate with other cast members and crew to deliver an authentic and compelling performance.
Requirements:
- Age Range: Must be able to play 11-13 years old.
- Ethnicity/Location: Must be of Welsh background, especially those from South and West Wales.
- Personality Traits: Should be able to portray a working-class, brave, headstrong, spirited, and curious character.
- Availability: Must be available to film between January to March 2025.
- No prior acting experience is necessary, though interest in acting or performance is encouraged.

This is a short documentary airing on a major news network in Summer 2021. We are filming in mid-March. Travel and expenses will be provided if necessary. This is a non-union production. Covid protocols will be strictly adhered. Tests will be provided for all talent and crew.
