Job Description: Elite Model Management is excited to announce the Elite Model Look 2024 France Scouting Tour, in partnership with Galeries Lafayette. We are searching for fresh faces to join the world of high fashion and runway modeling. Selected candidates will have the opportunity to work with industry professionals and gain exposure in the world of international modeling. This is your chance to become part of a prestigious agency known for launching prominent careers in the fashion industry.

Job Responsibilities:

• Attend casting calls and auditions as scheduled.
• Participate in photo shoots, fittings, and showrooms as required.
• Walk in runway shows and represent Elite Model Management and Galeries Lafayette at events.
• Maintain a professional demeanor with clients, photographers, and other models.
• Collaborate with fashion designers, stylists, and makeup artists.
• Adhere to schedules and be prompt for all appointments and commitments.

Requirements:

• Males and females aged 16-26 are encouraged to apply.
• Minimum height requirement: 5’9″ for females, 6’0″ for males.
• Strong runway walk and ability to adapt to various fashion styles.
• A professional portfolio showcasing previous work (if applicable).
• Excellent physical condition and a professional attitude.
• Willingness to travel and work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• No prior modeling experience is necessary, but professionalism and dedication are a must.
• Ability to work legally in France and available for international travel.
