Casting Call: Jazz Musicians for Trio Scene
Job Overview: We are currently casting talented musicians to portray a 3-piece jazz band in an upcoming scene. This is an excellent opportunity for jazz enthusiasts to showcase their skills in a vibrant setting. We are specifically looking for musicians who are skilled in playing the stand-up bass, trumpet, and saxophone.
Job Responsibilities:
- Perform as part of a 3-piece jazz band, bringing the scene to life with authentic jazz music.
- Collaborate with fellow band members and the production team to achieve a cohesive performance.
- Prepare and rehearse the setlist as required by the production team.
- Maintain and ensure the good condition of your own instrument throughout the filming process.
Requirements:
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Real musicians with proficiency in playing the stand-up bass, trumpet, or saxophone.
- Must have your own instrument and be able to bring it to the set.
- Previous experience in performance settings preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to take direction well and adapt to changes in the performance as needed.
- Must be available in the Atlanta area for the duration of the filming schedule.
Compensation:
- Rate: $300 for an 8-hour day (each person).
