Job Description: We are casting for supporting and day player roles in an upcoming feature film shooting in Tarpon Springs, Florida. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic project, with shooting scheduled for ten days between September 14-28. We are specifically seeking talent for the role of “Luther,” a key day player role.
Role:
- Luther (Male, 20-39): A thug and informant who ends up getting beaten by Charlotte for crucial information. This role is integral to the plot and requires a strong presence on screen.
Job Responsibilities:
- Portray the character of Luther convincingly, delivering lines and actions as directed.
- Participate in rehearsals and follow the direction of the director and production team to achieve the desired performance.
- Be prepared for physical action scenes and work closely with the stunt coordinator (if applicable).
- Maintain professionalism and punctuality throughout the shoot.
Requirements:
- Male, aged 20-39, with the ability to convincingly portray a tough, streetwise character.
- Comfortable with performing physical scenes, including getting beaten up (stunt coordination provided).
- Previous acting experience is preferred, particularly in film or television.
- Availability for the full duration of the shooting schedule in Tarpon Springs, FL.
Compensation Details:
- Rate: $186 per day.
