He’s tough and somewhat of a leader within the group of friends, but like the others, he must confront his fears when faced with terrifying situations. This role requires an actor who can portray both strength and vulnerability, bringing depth to the character as the story unfolds.
Job Responsibilities:
- Portray Michael, a 13-15-year-old boy who is strong-willed and confident, with a “jock” persona.
- Show leadership and toughness while also conveying fear and vulnerability in intense horror scenes.
- Collaborate with the director and other cast members to develop believable friendships and group dynamics.
- Participate in approximately 7 shoot days.
- Follow direction to authentically bring Michael’s character to life, navigating between strength and fear as the story progresses.
Requirements:
- Male actor, aged 13-15, or able to convincingly portray that age range.
- Must have strong acting skills, particularly in portraying a confident yet vulnerable character.
- No prior professional experience required, but the ability to take direction and work well in a team setting is essential.
- Must be available to shoot for approximately 7 days during the production schedule in El Reno, Oklahoma.
- Local hire only; no travel or accommodations provided.
Compensation:
- Pay rate: Compensation is modest, but actors will receive a link to the film upon release for their reels.
- Meals and snacks will be provided on set.
