- Character Brief: The talent will portray a college student dealing with various pressures such as working from a home office, applying for graduation, managing student loan debt, and job hunting, all affecting their mental health.
- Requirements: Must have a reel showcasing previous acting work. All terms as listed are non-negotiable.
Job Responsibilities:
- Perform scripted actions and dialogue in a realistic and convincing manner, consistent with the emotional and situational demands of the PSA.
- Collaborate with directors, other actors, and crew to deliver a compelling performance that aligns with the project’s goals.
- Participate in all scheduled rehearsals and take direction from the creative team to refine performance as needed.
Requirements:
- Professional or trained actors aged 18-25, comfortable portraying emotional and mental health distress.
- Strong acting skills demonstrated through a mandatory reel submission.
- Ability to adhere to a tight shooting schedule and work cooperatively in a team environment.
- Local to or able to travel to Albany, NY, with travel costs covered as stipulated.
Compensation: $600 per 8-hour day, plus an additional $300, and 10% agency fee if applicable. Train fare or gas/tolls will be reimbursed.
