Job Description: The QUEENABLES Reality TV Show, “From BARZ to Starz,” is seeking passionate, driven, and dedicated individuals to join our dynamic team. We are looking for Promoters, Interns, Street Team members, and Assistants who are eager to make a significant impact and contribute to the success of our show. This is an exciting opportunity for those who are ready to be part of a project that empowers and transforms lives.

Job Responsibilities:

• Promoter: Develop and execute promotional strategies to increase the show’s visibility and reach. Engage with the community and potential audiences through various channels to build excitement around the QUEENABLES.
• Intern: Provide support to the production team with various tasks, including research, administrative duties, and coordination of events. Gain hands-on experience in the entertainment industry while contributing to a high-profile project.
• Street Team: Actively participate in grassroots marketing efforts by distributing flyers, engaging with the public, and representing the QUEENABLES at events. Help create buzz and drive audience engagement on the ground level.
• Assistant: Offer administrative and logistical support to the production team. Assist with scheduling, communication, and other tasks essential to the smooth operation of the show.

Requirements:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Passion for the entertainment industry and a desire to contribute to a meaningful project
• For Promoters: Experience in marketing, promotion, or public relations is a plus
• For Interns: Currently enrolled in or a recent graduate of a relevant program (e.g., Film, Media, Communications)
• For Street Team members: Energetic and outgoing personality, ability to engage with diverse audiences
• For Assistants: Highly organized with strong attention to detail, proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace)
