Job Details: We are currently seeking a Stand-In for a character in an upcoming feature film, titled “LOT”. This is a critical role that supports the film’s production by standing in for the lead actor during scene setups.
Job Responsibilities:
- Stand in for the lead actor during lighting setups and rehearsals to assist the camera and lighting crew.
- Follow directions from the director and cinematographer to hit specific marks and perform basic actions as needed.
- Maintain a consistent position, posture, and expression similar to the actor you are standing in for.
- Be on set and ready for all required scenes throughout the shooting schedule.
- Assist the production team with other on-set duties as requested.
Requirements:
- Ethnicity: Hispanic
- Gender: Male
- Height: Between 5’10” and 6’0”
- Weight: Approximately 180lbs
- Must have facial hair
- Prior experience as a stand-in or similar roles in film or television preferred, but not required.
- Ability to follow directions precisely and consistently.
- Strong communication skills and punctuality are essential.
- Must be local to the Atlanta area or willing to work locally without accommodation provisions.
Compensation:
- Rate: $182 per 12-hour workday
- Additional details regarding overtime and other compensation will be provided upon hiring.
