Job Responsibilities:

  • Act out scenes in which you assist customers in-store or over the phone, using expertise and interpersonal skills to quickly provide solutions.
  • Demonstrate a friendly, approachable demeanor while maintaining a sense of urgency, as the customers are often pressed for time.
  • Work with the production team to ensure that the tone and demeanor of the character align with the project’s vision.

Requirements:

  • Must have a rugged, relatable look (not a TV star or model), with average, athletic, or slightly overweight body types being acceptable.
  • Short to medium-length hair, clean cut, with neat and well-groomed facial hair if applicable.
