Job Details: We are casting for the role of Pippa Park in the upcoming adaptation of the popular book series. This is a paid non-union opportunity for a talented young performer to take on the likable and ambitious leading lady, Pippa Park. The project is set to be a thrilling and heartwarming production that celebrates the experiences of a 13-year-old Korean or Korean American girl, showcasing her journey through life’s challenges and triumphs.

Job Responsibilities: As Pippa Park, the selected performer will embody the character’s essence, emotions, and personality on screen. The role will require strong acting skills to bring Pippa’s relatable and engaging persona to life, captivating the audience with her charming and determined nature. The performer will work closely with the production team and fellow actors to create a compelling and authentic portrayal of Pippa’s adventures and experiences.

Requirements:

1. Age: Applicants must be around 13 years old during auditions and throughout the production period. We seek actual kid performers to portray Pippa Park’s character and age group accurately.

2. Ethnicity: We are explicitly looking for performers who identify as Korean or Korean American. Authentic representation is crucial for this role to capture the cultural nuances and richness of Pippa’s background and heritage.

3. Acting Talent: All experience levels are encouraged to submit their auditions. Whether you have extensive acting experience or this would be your first significant role, we want to see your potential to embody the character of Pippa and deliver a convincing performance.
