About the Growth Manager Role:
Growth Managers act as the account lead for our clients’ eCommerce business and the client’s relationship with Voyageur Group. Growth Managers are responsible for leveraging internal, client, and channel resources to achieve our clients’ eCommerce goals and objectives. They play a vital role between merchandising, marketing, & relationship management to meet our client and company objectives. We are looking for leaders, strong collaborators, and motivated growth drivers for this role.  Â

Growth Managers will be primarily responsible for client’s success on Amazon.com. They may, as well, be responsible for supporting clients’ growth on Walmart.com and Target.com as well.

Responsibilities include:
- Managing clients’ ecommerce accounts (Amazon Vendor and Seller Central for ALL Clients, and Walmart Marketplace for some clients) to deliver best-in-class growth.
- Delivering growth by leveraging all ecommerce sales driving levers – pricing, promotion, content, boosting search and sales rank, etc.
- Work closely with Voyageur Group’s merchandising and digital media teams to deliver client growth.
- Communicating and presenting to clients regularly as their account executive and main point of contact for Voyageur Group. The Growth Manager should be a confident communicator with the ability to confidently share their strategy and growth opportunities to clients. Â
- Staying ahead of and institutionalizing the fast-paced world of ecommerce marketplaces. We are currently managing Amazon and Walmart.com businesses and will manage additional marketplaces in the future. It is important for the Growth Manger to not only stay ahead of these changes, but to bring them into our organization and build processes around them so the group continues to grow ahead of the curve.
- Be hungry for and take our client’s success personally. The Voyageur Group Growth manager is not complacent with benchmark growth for our clients rather they are passionate and driven to deliver best-in-class results for our client and they show up with that passion for our clients.

Qualifications:
- A blend of Amazon/Ecommerce sales experience, agency experience, ecommerce merchandising experience, and leadership experience.
- Executional experience with Amazon Vendor and/or Seller Central is highly preferred, but not required to apply.
- Comfort in a Hyper Growth and fast-moving company. The ideal candidate will thrive in- and be motivated by driving rapid growth and adjusting to the changes and demands that come from being a part of a hyper growth company.
- Strong communication skills, presence and confidence a must
- Experience conducting quantitative analyses and deriving insights from the numbers
- Accountability and the ability to build trust is a must. Mistakes can happen, not being accountable to them cannot. Building trust is paramount for this role and for our company’s culture.
- High level of proficiency in Excel/Office suite of products and/or Google sheets/slides/docs
- Experience and success working from home as part of a virtual, remote culture. This includes the right space to be able to conduct the role and the ability to manage work + life in a fully remote position.

Role Summary:
The Amazon Channel Manager will ensure the day-to-day success of our portfolio of products listed on Amazon. This includes uploading, editing, and launching new items as a part of our seasonal release process as well as maintaining and enhancing existing listings as necessary. You will research keywords, create copy, upload images, and develop content and graphics to support A+ listing content. Additionally, you will be responsible for reporting on the performance of our listings and storefronts daily, weekly, and monthly.Â

Responsibilities:
- Responsible for timely inventory uploads for all brands new product launches
- Perform comprehensive keyword research and competitor analysis and then write titles and product bullet points on all of our Amazon listings for SEO.
- Product content management of brands – creation of listing copy and title-based keyword research and optimization. Creation and uploading of images, videos, and any additional A+ content that might enhance the shopper experience and purchase decision making process.
- Overseeing additional imagery for elevated silos A+ content product pages by working with our internal & external photographers and our amazon interns
- Enter new ASIN’s in early reviewer/vine programs and report results.
- Resolve issues with product listings for all brands – review negative product health ratings due to complaints/returns.
- Submission and follow-up of cases to Amazon in order to resolve issues with our product listings.
- Review customer product questions to rework product detail pages to create a better customer experience or pass on product specific improvements that could be made to make our products better.
- Operate and update ban.do & Steel Mill Gifts storefronts inside Amazon.com.
- Must be able to submit emergency orders if necessary.

Experience, Knowledge & Skills Requirements:
- 2 – 3 years’ experience uploading and maintaining product listings on Amazon or any other eCommerce system e.g., Shopify, Amazon, Big Commerce, or any other relevant platform.
- MUST HAVE exceptional Excel and Google Sheets experience.
- ·Ability to edit images using Canva, Photoshop or equivalent applications to create basic graphics used on listings as necessary.
- Experience using tools such as Basecamp or Trello to keep track of daily tasks.
- Must be detail oriented and goal driven.
- Personal drive to constantly learn and improve upon every aspect of what you do.

A Day in the Life of the Amazon Marketplace Manager
The Amazon Marketplace Manager is responsible for growing Gardena’s online sales across Amazon and retail.com partners such as Home Depot, Lowe’s, Walmart, Costco, and more. They will maximize Gardena’s presence online by implementing optimal product line-ups that are easy to shop and supported by outstanding content, putting an emphasis on building the presence on Amazon and other Internet and e-commerce retail sites. The Amazon Marketplace Manager will be responsible for building relationships of trust with each account and managing all aspects of the business relationship. They will work closely with marketing management to build campaigns that drive awareness and conversion, using knowledge of Amazon and other Internet and e-commerce retail sites to do so.
What are the requirements for this position?
5+ years of experience in managing E-Commerce Sales, including extensive experience in working with Amazon and other Internet retail sites
Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field from an accredited university, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Deep understanding of the Amazon business model, including both Vendor Central and Seller Central Platforms
Knowledge in the discipline of online commerce, from discoverability to shopping experience to customer retention and repurchase strategies
Understanding of technologies underpinning the in-cart purchase experience and how to optimize for through-put and reduce abandonment
Ability to improve the performance of our digital assets to create a world-class customer experience online
Capable of identifying key drivers of suboptimal site performance and define efforts and requirements to drive site performance improvements
Capable of designing pages and navigation that are optimal for an e-commerce experience

Job Responsibilities:
Manges relationships with Amazon and retail.com partners such as Home Depot, Lowe’s, Walmart, Costco, etc.
Leads projects and initiatives related to retailers’ product content, product detail pages, e-commerce, and marketing/sales
