Casting Call : Extra for Undisclosed Car Commercial

Job Responsibilities:

  • Participate in the filming of a commercial for a high-end, undisclosed vehicle brand.

  • Follow directions from the director and crew to perform specific actions or poses as required.

  • Prepare for multiple wardrobe changes if selected.

  • Ensure punctuality and availability for the entirety of the scheduled shoot.

Requirements:

  • Current color images of headshot and full body to be submitted with application.

  • Dress in an “upscale” manner appropriate for submission images.

  • No noticeable tattoos or extreme facial piercings.

  • Be prepared with appropriate wardrobe:

    • Men: Suits, suit jacket, sports coat, blazers, button-up dress shirt, dress pants/slacks, dress shoes, and other suitable accessories.

    • Women: Little black dress, stylish/fun party dresses, midi or maxi dresses, chic women’s suits, closed toe heels/pumps/flats, appropriate accessories.

  • Must be able to adhere to wardrobe specifications: upscale, semi-formal, not formal or black tie.

  • Availability on both May 19th and 20th for a full day of shooting, although only one will be the working day.

  • Ability to make wardrobe changes if selected.

Compensation Details:

  • Pay is $300 for a 12-hour day.

  • This rate is fixed regardless of any overtime.

Casting Call: Medical Commercial

Role: Tween/Teen with Physical Disability

Description: We are currently casting for a medical commercial set to shoot in Miami. We are seeking a male or female tween or teen who has a physical disability that may affect their walking. This role is for a character who showcases resilience and positivity.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the director and crew to perform the role authentically and effectively.
  • Follow directions and adapt to changes on set during the shooting schedule.
  • Be prepared for multiple takes and contribute to a positive, collaborative environment on set.

Requirements:

  • Age: 12 – 18 years old.
  • Gender: Male or Female.
  • Physical Disability: Must have a condition that affects walking.
  • Ethnicity: Open to any race or ethnicity.
  • Availability: Must be available to shoot between June 17 – 21. Please mention specific availability if not available all days.
  • Local Hire: Open to local and out-of-area talents. Mileage, hotel, and per diem compensation will be provided for out-of-area participants.

Casting Call: Commercial for Medical Product

Job Description: We are currently casting for a heartfelt and inspiring commercial for a leading medical product. We are looking for a talented female actress who genuinely uses a wheelchair for mobility. The selected candidate will be featured maneuvering her wheelchair to dance with a dance partner, highlighting the joy and freedom of movement.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform scripted and non-scripted scenes, demonstrating ease and confidence in maneuvering a wheelchair.
  • Engage in a dance sequence with a partner, conveying emotion and connection through movement.
  • Work collaboratively with the director, crew, and other actors to fulfill the vision of the project.
  • Attend fittings and rehearsals as scheduled.

Requirements:

Job Description: We are seeking pregnant individuals of any gender and ethnicity, who are visibly showing, to participate in a medical commercial shoot. This project aims to represent a diverse range of experiences and backgrounds, showcasing a medical product/service tailored for expectant mothers.

Responsibilities:

  • Participate in video and photo shoots as directed.
  • Collaborate with the production team and follow directions to fulfill the creative vision.
  • Maintain a professional demeanor and a high level of performance throughout the shoot.
  • Be punctual and prepared for all scheduled shoot days.

Requirements:

  • Age 18-40, open to all ethnicities.

Entertainment onboard our ladyships is one of the key elements to executing a brilliant sailor experience, so are you up to the task?

The Assistant Stage Manager is responsible for being an integral part of the onboard stage management team – serving as a show-caller swing in our two main venues as well as owning the operation of our signature parties and Scarlet Night. We entrust our ASM to run a tight ship and maintain the quality of performance experiences, which is key to the success of the overall entertainment program onboard our Lady Ships. This is a complex, multifaceted assignment where creativity, strong management skills, and exquisite communication chops are the keys to success.

What You Will Be Up To:

  • Learn to call and run all shows and experiences onboard and serve as the primary stage manager at least once every other week on all large events in order to stay fresh on the operations of various venues
  • Serve as the primary stage manager for Scarlet Night, our signature event onboard each voyage
  • Support and/or lead all rehearsals as needed, including understudy rehearsals, brush-ups, safety-related contingency rehearsals and circus training sessions
  • Support all cast changeovers as well as put-ins and reblocks
  • Support the maintenance of the artistic integrity of each production as originally set by the creative team
  • Support the creation and updating of prompt scripts, protocols, SOPs, and applicable production paperwork including but not limited to technician run sheets, cast, costume & props tracking and other show/party/happening specific documents
  • Serve as regular late-night management coverage for the programming onboard in our nightclub and at our parties
  • Install and call our Festival Stage shows which are only onboard for short stints of time
  • Contribute to nightly show reports as well as voyage reports to shipboard and shoreside teams
  • Work closely with onboard entertainment management on the cast and entertainment technical crew scheduling
  • Work closely with the Entertainment Technical Manager and entertainment technical crew to ensure that design elements are functional and show ready
  • Shadow backstage technician and wardrobe tracks and be able to fill in for those roles in contingency situations
  • Assist in the scheduling and venue availability of all spaces onboard
  • Assist with the operations of circles onboard as well as full ship charters
  • Support the inventorying and ordering of Show, Party and Happening consumables
  • Attend department meetings

  • Supports the Entertainment team’s monthly safety meetings and Learn & Grow required training

  • Communicating to the Entertainment team antigen testing requirements and sending reminders for temperature checks
  • Supporting Entertainment event bookings, Sailor/Circle events and special projects including
  • charters
  • At times you will be a sailor facing position, assisting with show doors, staffing the Groupie,
  • interacting with VIP and Rockstar sailors, welcoming, greeting and following up throughout the voyage on sailor requests as instructed by the Entertainment Director
  • You will be a ‘Safety Firster’ supporting the entertainment leadership with drill excuses.
  • Understand and follow our brand’s quality assurance standards and provide Rockstar Service
  • Inspire and motivate through championing and driving our creeds and culture
  • Other duties as assigned

Superpowers Required:

  • Minimum of a years’ experience as a stage manager in professional non-profit or commercial theater
  • Minimum of a year of complex show calling
  • Experience running rehearsals and put-ins
  • Experience with automation systems and performer flying a plus
  • Circus stage management is a plus
  • Event management experience is a plus
  • Cruise ship experience is an asset, but not required
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to juggle several operations at once
  • Strong knowledge of key business tools (MS Office, Google Apps, etc.)
  • A self-starter, who can roll up their sleeves and make ship happen with little supervision
  • Great energy and attitude of optimism
  • Ability to move seamlessly between leading and being a member of a team
  • Ability to work in loud, disruptive spaces and outside in the sun
  • Conversational English is required
  • STCW training required

This unique role requires you to manage the day-to-day operations of our brick-and-mortar studio. They will handle retail sales, customer support, inventory management, as well as assist with design tasks. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Studio Manager

– Oversee the daily operations of the studio, including scheduling, pricing, and in-store customer communications and sales

– Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.

– Maintain a clean, organized, and inspiring studio environment conducive to creativity and productivity.

– Maintain sample library – track and manage backroom sample library of fabrics, rugs, stone & tile, paint, wallpapers, etc.

– Open and close the store on-time daily

– Manage store inventory through Shopify POS system and Studio Designer

– Accept packages, check for damage, input into store inventory systems, and manage claims

Design Assistant

– Assist design team – especially in regards to pulling & maintaining sample library

– Place and track orders for retail studio and design clients

– Assist design team with creating client presentations when needed

– Assist with project coordination tasks, including creating project schedules and tracking deliverables

– Collaborate with project managers and designers to ensure projects are executed efficiently and meet client expectations.

– Maintain project documentation and files in an organized and accessible manner.

 

QUALIFICATIONS

– Great communication and sales skills – must be able to understand the needs of our retail customers.

– Strong organizational and time management skills.

– Prior experience in studio management or administrative roles is a plus.

Experience with contractual negotiations is considered an asset.
  • Strong computer skills are crucial for this job, especially data analytics and word processing software fluency. The successful candidate must have expert presentation skills and be able to effectively communicate at all levels of the business, from the job-site to the boardroom. You must have a self-motivated, upbeat, friendly, and team-focused attitude to succeed.
