This company have upcoming projects across Colorado, Arizona, New Mexico, Texas, California, Kansas, and Wyoming – meaning you will be based out of their head office in Colorado Springs but must be willing to travel to projects outside of state.

The role:

  • Commercial Project Manager
  • Colorado Springs, CO – travel to project sites outside of state involved.
  • $100,000 – $140,000 + bonus, per diem & benefits

  • Experienced in managing multiple projects at a time.

  • Demonstrable history working on ground up projects at least $10+ in value.

Xcel Mechanical Systems is seeking a full-time Project Manager to oversee the execution of large and complex HVAC and Plumbing construction projects, including project planning, budgeting, scheduling, management and delivery. Our engineering and construction management teams work in some of the most iconic buildings in Los Angeles, with some of the largest owners and general contractors in the nation, delivering projects across the company’s strategic Aerospace, Education, Entertainment, Healthcare and Transportation sectors.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrate extensive knowledge of commercial HVAC and/or Plumbing systems
  • Oversee all aspects of construction projects from planning through project delivery
  • Establish project objectives, completion milestones, procedures and performance standards
  • Manage financial aspects of the contract, including but not limited to financial forecasting, manpower forecasting, job cost tracking, preparing monthly billings, etc.
  • Meet or exceed gross profit goals stated in project budget
  • Set-up a workable schedule for job cost control, labor, material, equipment and subcontractors
  • Set-up a pre-planning meeting with internal project stakeholders
  • Work with Purchasing Department on all equipment and material buyout
  • Work with Project Team to ensure job drawings and change orders are up to date
  • Interface with subcontractors, engineers, city and county officials and clients as required
  • Establish and maintain relationships with clients, win additional work
  • Communicate effectively and professionally with clients, labor, vendors and subcontractors

Casting Call for Energy Commercial

Roles: People who use a wheelchair, preferably electric. We are specifically looking for individuals in their 30s to 50s of any ethnicity. Parents with minor children aged between 6-16 years are preferred, but individuals without children will also be considered.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Participate in a callback session (either in-person or via Zoom).
  • Attend a wardrobe fitting session.
  • Perform in the commercial shoot, following the director’s guidance and script requirements.

Requirements:

  • Must be a wheelchair user, preferably with an electric wheelchair.
  • Aged between 30 and 50 years, open to any ethnicity.
  • Parents with children aged 6-16 are highly preferred.

Casting Call: Women’s Cancer Pharma – Miami

Project Synopsis: We are seeking diverse talent for an upcoming Lifestyle Photo production for a Cancer-Related Pharmaceutical campaign in Miami, Florida. The shoot will take place in early January 2024. This project is open to both SAG and Non-SAG talent. Please note, there will be no video filming involved.

Roles:

  1. Hero Models: Portraying individuals living with or recently tested negative for various forms of cancer.
  2. Supporting Roles: Depicting family members, friends, or medical professionals.
  3. Child Roles: Supporting parts as family members or friends.
  4. Extras: Background roles in various scenes.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Participate in photo shoots as per the role requirements.
  • Work collaboratively with the production team and fellow cast members.
  • Adhere to production schedules and guidelines.

Requirements:

  • Ability to work as a local hire in the Miami area.
  • For out-of-state talent, willingness to travel (with a reimbursement policy).
  • For Hero Roles: Exclusivity agreement in the Women’s Cancer category for 5 years.
  • Ability to portray the assigned role authentically and sensitively, especially for cancer-related scenarios.

Compensation:

  • Hero Roles: $12,000+20% for 5-year usage & exclusivity. Options for extension at additional rates.
  • Supporting Adult Roles: $2,500+20% for 5-year usage (Non-Exclusive). Options for extension at additional rates.

Job Description: We are currently casting for an upcoming commercial for a prominent tool brand. This casting call is aimed at real tradesmen and contractors who have authentic experience in their respective fields. We are seeking males, aged 20-50, of open ethnicity, who either currently work in or have substantial experience as a contractor or tradesman. The chosen individuals will be featured in various scenes to represent the reliability and effectiveness of our tools in real-world scenarios.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Portray a tradesman or contractor using tools in a commercial setting.
  • Attend and participate in the filming process, following directions from the director and crew.
  • Be available for costume fitting and potential rehearsals.
  • Collaborate with the production team to ensure realistic portrayal of trade skills.
  • Be willing to perform minor trade-related tasks as part of the shoot (under safe and controlled conditions).

Requirements:

Job Description: Boston Casting is currently seeking a talented and experienced pizza tosser to be featured in an upcoming commercial. The ideal candidate should have a passion for pizza making and the skill to toss pizza dough with both flair and precision.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Perform pizza tossing during the commercial shoot, demonstrating technique and skill.
  • Follow directions from the director and crew to ensure the best possible footage is captured.
