MARKETING
The marketing department consists of more than 150 people split across 10 teams. We look after both digital and brand marketing. We’re a team of experts across Performance Marketing, SEO, CRM, Analytics and Data Science, Advertising, Sales, Editorial, Online Communications, PR & Brand Events and Creative. We work across all of the global markets. We make sure that Farfetch remains high and mighty with both new and existing customers. Our London office is located in Old Street, London’s tech hub, and is home to a broad range of teams including Commercial, Marketing, and Product. THE ROLE
In this newly created role, you will be in the Influencer Marketing team, working across influencer performance campaigns and overseeing the execution of Farfetch Livestreams. You will play a key role in the planning and delivery of all livestreams, championing innovation, data and creative thinking to deliver a best-in-class livestream strategy that provides a multi-dimensional shopping experience to customers. You will also deliver best-in-class acquisition campaigns to support scale across the full spectrum of influencer tiers and across all areas of Influencer Marketing – Identification, Activation, Content Creation, Distribution, Measurement and Retention.
Working with multiple stakeholders across the business (Marketing, Commercial, Brand & Creative, Product and Analytics) you will play a pivotal role in ensuring a centre of excellence and that the channel is set for global success and remains ahead of the curve.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Prepare livestreams, communicating any risks ahead of time and working with the relevant stakeholders to implement effective solutions.
- Ensure the smooth running of weekly livestreams, communicating with our customers and encouraging chat engagement. Please be aware that this role requires you to work outside of “typical office hours” on stream days, your working hours will be managed in line with Farfetch’s flexible working policy. This policy allows you the freedom to adjust your daily start and finish times as needed, provided the contractual number of hours per day are worked.
- Define the key performance indicators for livestreams and champion continued measurement. Analyse and report on KPIs to measure success, and identify potential efficiency improvements, and determine solutions for at-risk areas. Provide direct support to senior members of the influencer team, and support defining goals and actions from the livestream strategy, making recommendations based on expertise.
- Retain competitive advantage by ensuring the livestream strategy recommendations are innovative and Farfetch is positioned as a market leader.
- Execute and implement the operational plan and deliver against the defined strategy ensuring a centre of excellence.
- Communicate with other departments and teams globally to exchange critical information, activities and processes. Identify opportunities and escalate risks to ensure business needs are considered and supported in the overarching Livestream strategy.
- Execute best-in-class influencer performance campaigns, delivering these within budget to achieve monthly targets.
- Analyse and monitor influencer campaign performance, making recommendations based on performance insights.
- Act as a role model for the team and initiate, encourage and facilitate positive change.
- Be a Farfetch expert on livestreams and influencer marketing.
- Support the wider Influencer Marketing team on key tasks as required.
WHO YOU ARE
- You are experienced in executing livestreams and have a high level of knowledge of key livestream trends
- You are highly skilled in communications, able to produce captivating copy to drive viewer engagement and conversion
- You have experience of working in eCommerce, with a working knowledge of key marketing channels and amplification touchpoints
- You have demonstrated strong data and analytical skills and have an ability to interpret results, anticipate challenges and form solutions with keen attention to detail
- You are a strategic thinker and are able to make recommendations on how to strengthen process and methodology

As Social Media & Influencer Manager, your role will be to effectively, efficiently and creatively support the team and wider business by boosting awareness, education and excitement through organic and paid influencer activities, across our social channels, and through community management. The perfect candidate will have a start-up mindset and be hugely passionate about wellness, beauty, social media and the general media landscape. Key Responsibilities:
· Build an engaged community on our social media channels with a strong focus on Instagram and TikTok using qualitative metrics and day-to-day community management.
· Build ongoing relationships with key influencers in the industry with a view to generating qualitative organic content on social media in-line with KPIs.
· Create and manage a social media content strategy for our IG and TikTok channels.
· Manage from start to finish Paid Influencer Campaigns – including shortlisting, negotiating, contracting, briefing, approving content and paying influencers.
· Ensure a close working relationship with the key stakeholders.
· Contribute any fresh and creative ideas for new launches and hero product strategy.
· Plan and execute product and creative mailers in line with brand strategy and launch calendar.
· Assist in working alongside any external agencies (TikTok/Press) to ensure increased efficiency.
· Monitor and optimize our monthly report to track performances.
· Follow-up budget on a monthly basis – Managing the monthly budget and invoices in a timely manner, ensuring any issues are effectively communicated with all key stake-holders.
· Benchmark trends and share them with the wider Marketing team.
Qualifications:
· Minimum 2+ years’ experience in a permanent role working in beauty/ wellness/fashion in a similar role (agency or in-house)
· Confident working with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Dropbox, WeTransfer, Google Docs/ Sheets
· A team player with energy, integrity, initiative and a can-do attitude working to support team members.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver a highly effective influencer plan across our key UK and US markets, leading the social media team to enhance and improve engagement and content generation.
- Create a social media activity plan for each channel / platform; continually adapting our strategy inline with the latest trends and opportunities for business growth.
- Create engaging and relevant content that resonates with our target audience and drives engagement

This is a job for someone who knows what works on TikTok, those that can demonstrate how to get great engagement on TikTok and is also comfortable managing multiple clients.
As one of our TikTok Account Managers you will be responsible for working across a number of different TikTok client accounts, with one key one being based in the West Midlands and involve you creating content.

- Own & lead account management and content creation of your client’s TikTok accounts
