Casting: NEWPORT, RI LOCAL men to portray Gala attendees for Season 2 the HBO Series The Gilded Age.

This background performer role is NOT covered by a SAG-AFTRA CBA and subject to a Preference of Employment provision.

-Shooting 5/9, 5/10, 5/12, 5/13; covid test 5/6; fitting 4/22, 4/25, or 4/26.

There will be required covid tests 48 hours prior to your fitting, and 48 hours prior to your work date.

The rate for this work will be: Non-SAG = $150/10hrs; Covid Test = $60; Fitting = $27.27/2hours
There may be atmospheric smoke in the interior scenes

Scenes are set in the 1880s.
MEN: NO VISIBLE TATTOOS. (especially on neck & hands); Must have natural hair colors and ok getting period haircut and have your facial hair styled/altered to be period appropriate; NO wool allergies, no braces MEN: ideally 40inches – 44inches chest; 5’8 – 6’1 in height.

New specs for a true crime series/Episode THREE (203): Note: we are casting talent that look similar to the real people portrayed in the storyline.
Shoot days:  5/10/22, 5/11/22, 5/12/22 (ONLY LEAD works all three days) in San Antonio.  Local hire.

Storyline: A cash-strapped spoken word artist mother of four turns to escorting then identity theft and credit card fraud to make ends meet. She eventually lands herself in prison at Camp Cupcake before reinventing herself as a successful lady boss.

Casting: 

LACOLA:  Black female, 35 to 45 years old. 5’2″ tall and Curvy. Doey-eyed/long brown hair.
She has pretty hands and her nails are always manicured in the latest trend.
She has three personas: Artist, Dominatrix, and Upscale Businesswoman. Actor must be comfortable in Dominatrix outfits

They call her the spiritual center of the family. Has been through some challenging times but still looks good. She modeled when she was younger and makes sure to always look put together.
