CAB Castings, LLC. is looking for PAID EXTRAS (AGES 18 TO 30) to be a part of scenes for the NEW series, “KOLD & WINDY” filming in Atlanta, GA.

We are casting for the following specific PAID extras:

YOUNG INNER-CITY “THUGS”

• Rate: $180/12 + $20 per Covid Test

WE ASK THAT WHEN BOOKED AS A PAID EXTRA, YOU BE PREPARED TO WORK AT LEAST A 12HR WORK DAY AS WE DON’T KNOW HOW LONG YOU WILL BE SPECIALLY ON SET… SO PLEASE HAVE OPEN AVAILABILITY FOR THE DAY YOU SUBMIT FOR!!! 

COVID TESTING:

Must be available for COVID 19 testing at our remote testing location in Atlanta.

1 Mandatory Test

– MONDAY 3/28/2022 

TIME: RAPID UPON ARRIVAL ON SET.

Testing is NASAL PCR and you will receive a $20 COVID TESTING BUMP on your voucher the day you report to set for each test taken. YOU MUST REPORT TO SET TO RECEIVE THIS BUMP! Test from other productions are not valid on this set as each production has their own Covid guidelines and labs. Your results must come from the designated lab that all cast and crew use on this production.

The rate for extras on this production is $180 for 12hrs of work which you will receive in the form of a check in the mail 2 to 3 weeks after filming.

-May be asked to wear a pregnant belly provided by the Costumes Department. Please do not submit if you are not comfortable wearing this.

-You must be available for BOTH filming dates.

-Please note, filming on 3/29/22 will take place in front of a live studio audience!

COVID-19 Testing Date:

Friday, 3/25/22

-Testing is located in Atlanta, GA.

-The test performed is a Covid-19 PCR Test.

-While at the test facility and on set, PPE must be worn.

-All possible work dates are contingent upon clearing these tests.

-You may not provide test results from another outside source. You MUST be tested by The Ms. Pat Show Health and Safety team.

-You must attend testing regardless of vaccination status.

Rate if Hired:

Background performer services:  $88/8 hrs ($11/hour, you are guaranteed 8 hours, with applicable overtime)

Photo Submission Requirements:

-On the submission form below, please make sure to submit recent, clear, color photos.

-The photos that you submit should reflect your current look – hair color, cut, etc.

-Please take these photos standing against a solid wall with good lighting. You may use a camera phone.

-Please submit a head shot and a full length body shot.

Seeking highly skilled basketball players

In our film, we will be recreating boy’s high school basketball games. To be considered, you must be able to portray a high school basketball player.

We will be shooting in the Cleveland area from 4/15 to 5/30. No transportation/lodging included; looking for locals.

All players will be compensated to appear in this film. Details to follow if selected.

NOW CASTING SUNDAY IS FOR LOVERS – NON UNION SHORT FILM 

Storyline: A narrative short film which follows a young woman who comes home to her father’s enshrined infidelity.

Shooting: Friday May 27, Saturday May 28, or Sunday May 29 2022

Rate: $150/day. One filming day and potentially days in April for rehearsals.

• Black / Nigerian. Adesola is a watchful young woman. Safety, security, and service are her core values. She’s skeptical of all things new: whether furniture, restaurants, styling choices or major life milestones. She is the cautious, watchful older sister who thinks three times before she speaks.

(Lead)   Bola  Female  35 – 45 

• Black / Nigerian. Bola is the mom-in-chief and the glue of the family. Between her salon and deep pots of food, she’s well known in the neighborhood.
