• Facing the end of his life, a hedonist, Jewish, stocky man in his 60’s, ex Olympic wrestler, a giant man unraveling, quick witted, irreverent but also sincere at times, sardonic, tattoos, tan, charisma of a classic movie star, able to play drunk/drugged, comfortable with cursing, comfortable with dogs.

ERIN

• Gene’s adopted daughter, 18-22, long and waify, a natural beauty, smart and curious, creative, personable but more of an observer, currently dealing with losing her best friend and father, comfortable with cursing, comfortable with dogs. We need to read a lot of information/emotion in her face/body language that isn’t necessarily on the page.

IRENE

• 30’s, petite, brunette, speaks with a slight Mississippi twang, a woman who changes identities with every man she’s with

EMT BETS

• 40’s, sassy, loud and brazen, EMT, a larger woman, comfortable with cursing.

LUIS

• Mid-late 20’s, Mexican, quick, handsome, charming, always up for a good time, kind spirit, EMT, comfortable driving an ambulance.

NURSE LINDA

• Late 40’s, brown hair with gray roots, hospice nurse, knowledgeable, warm and friendly, gentle.

SAUL

• Early to mid 30’s, UFC fighter, Jewish, great sense of humor, into the supernatural.
