Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with Art directors, Production Designers, Project Managers and Account Teams
  • Prepare final digital files adhering to provided specs and technical requirements for print and digital output/upload via FTP site to printer vendors and developers
  • Version out existing approved concepts to a variety of sizes and specs for production and upload to printers
  • Archive jobs properly on server. Back up files daily.
  • Transmit files as necessary for client approvals or to outside vendor(s)
  • Communicate status and completion of jobs to Project Managers, Art Directors and Account Teams
  • Adhere to strict deadlines
  • Ability to work on direct mail, print, digital, presentation decks among other media formats.
  • Lead Print Production calls with printers/clients.

Qualifications

In order to effectively perform and communicate, must be knowledgeable, skilled and current in the following software:

  • InDesign
  • Adobe Illustrator
  • Adobe Photoshop
  • ProofHQ, but not required
  • Microsoft Office Suite
  • Microsoft Teams

Must be highly detail oriented and organized.

Degree in graphic arts or equivalent desirable.

Professional Experience and Skills Qualifications

  • A bachelor’s degree in design or other related positions is preferred for the production designer position. Significant course work in graphic design, print production, visual arts or a related field, along with a portfolio and experience that demonstrates clear knowledge of design, may suffice in the absence of a degree.
  • Must have a solid knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Experienced in Print Production. Working on the Printer side.

Description:

Reporting to the Creative Team, the Photo-Video Production Assistant will be responsible for assisting the Production team with digital asset creation and post-production workflow in photography and videography. This person should be hard-working, fast-paced, detail-oriented, open-minded, organized, creative and able to maintain our established high standards of photography and videography. The ideal candidate is proactive, willing to take initiative and able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assist on content shoots and manage post-production workflow
  • Assist with preparation of inventory and studio management for studio and on-location photo and video shoots
  • Edit a high volume of product images for use on our website under tight deadlines while maintaining our high standards
  • Perform basic video editing to choose best clips and remove unnecessary clips
  • Define brand standards with music choice
  • DIT (digital image transfer) on studio and location productions
  • Assist content team as needed as well with equipment setup, breakdown and inventory
  • Help to keep the set clean and tidy

Qualifications & Skills:

Creative Producer, Impact Studios

Together with the Head of Studio, the Creative Producer is responsible for the development, management, production and execution of all Studios projects. The Creative Producer defines and ensures compliance with creative goals and project rails including budget and schedule, informing and advising Head of Studio of project status and issues. The Creative Producer is responsible for ensuring the successful completion of all tasks throughout project lifespan from blue sky through hand-off to operations, including those performed by both internal and external stakeholders. In addition, the Creative Producer participates in project ideation, supporting and driving the development of early-stage creative assets as needed. The Creative Producer provides leadership, inspiration, and creative vision on multiple projects simultaneously in multiple mediums and genres, for a diverse range of audiences worldwide.

In partnership with the Creative Director, the Creative Producer is responsible for achieving and maintaining the creative vision of all projects and for ensuring the implementation of that vision through the project life cycle, working to ensure that all Studios projects are innovative, groundbreaking, and impactful while also ensuring that projects are delivered on time, on budget, and in line with the organization’s goals.

This position would ideally be based in Los Angeles or New York, but we are open to considering candidates based elsewhere. This position reports to the Head of Studio.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the development and execution of new and innovative immersive experiences based on original as well as licensed IP

• Support Head of Studio in staffing and managing project teams, including creative and project management personnel, as needed

• Manage design development, fabrication, and on-site implementation of all show elements as required, in coordination with art direction guides, code compliance, technical requirements, and permit specification

• Ensure that guest experience and creative design intent is properly designed, developed, articulated, documented, and implemented

• Lead production status reviews, ensuring coordination with all stakeholders

• Drive project resource planning including cost estimation, budget management, and project scheduling

• Serve as contract administrator across numerous projects and manage external vendors as needed

• Report out and share work on a consistent, organized basis with Head of Studio

• Oversee project leadership in driving the execution and delivery of all projects

• Advise on key creative decisions throughout project lifespan, including during fabrication and in the field
