We are looking for someone to oversee copywriting and design that spans all customer touchpoints (video, paid and organic social, banners, email, homepage, print materials), translating the story of our products into breakthrough communications and creating a unified brand experience.
We’re looking for someone who can define & execute on Oneskin’s visual identity and importantly, lead, direct and inspire a team of graphic designers, video editors, copywriters and outside agencies to create bold and impactful campaigns anchored in storytelling that celebrate the brand’s positioning and pillars and result in business growth. The ideal candidate has experience in ecommerce; has an interest in learning about scientific topics & has seen multiple stages of business growth.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the strategy and design of multiple touchpoints, such as brand campaigns, print and digital assets, video production, post-production, all website content, social media, email/SMS marketing, packaging, partnership support, media/ads and events
- Oversee and participate in the creative process from concept to completion, managing deliverables, timelines and budgets
- Refine and oversee creative development process in collaboration with marketing & channel (media, email, website) leads; develop communication and creative workflow processes
- Review work, troubleshoot and provide feedback to help shape best-in-class work, ensure brand quality and consistency
- Be a brand guardian: ensure all materials meet internal and external brand standards and legal/compliance standards. Maintain quality control of very high volume of conversion-driving assets.
- Manage, mentor and oversee in-house studio creating a highly functioning team that understands and executes the brand vision.
- Source and partner with creative agencies (when needed) to deliver campaigns and content
- Promote continual creative improvement and actively contribute to a culture of innovation, excellence and accountability
- Guide the team on the best way to utilize generative AI to expedite asset creation, copy, etc.
- Bring out of the box ideas to disrupt the outdated anti-aging industry and solidify OneSkin as the leading player in a new category – skin longevity.
Requirements
- 10+ years progressive creative vision and design experience on the brand or agency side
- 4+ years as a creative director with managerial experience
- Experience defining the visual representation of a brand
- Exceptional portfolio of consumer-facing assets and demonstrated versatility across all media and channels (web, social media, events, retail)
- Exceptional creative chops, strategic thinker and proven leadership style
- 360 campaign experience with a clear understanding of how each marketing channel creatively needs to be unlocked to break through, inspire and ‘wow’ new and existing customers
- Understands the big picture and can see ideas through all parts of the execution, creating a team of best-in-class art directors and designers

THE ROLE
Within Marketing Partnerships, Creative Production brings the creative vision to life by focusing on how the idea will be produced and implemented. This will cover everything from logistics/creative production to mapping resources, to timeline and financial management, to cross-functional coordination and partnership/agency management (and more). In many ways, Creative Production functions as the Executive Producer of the campaign – and this role is essential to managing, communicating and bringing the creative vision to life.
Creative Planning
· Input into partnership development and deal memo/related terms to ensure we can both enforce and fulfill partner commitments.
· Review all creative concepts for feasibility, ensuring that campaign can be made on-time, on-budget and within reasonable risk of our legal/BA parameters.

· Anticipate bottlenecks and propose solutions in advance. Lead problem-solving when elements of a campaign go off-course during execution – making key decisions so we can continue to deliver without compromising overall creative vision.
