We are seeking outgoing Canadians, 18-75 years old, who regularly use YouTube for entertainment and to learn.
Do you love going on YouTube for content? Are you a fan of YouTubers like ASAP Science or Jonathan Roy? Do you go on YouTube to watch gaming or cooking videos? If so, we want to hear from you!
PLEASE NOTE:
- – This is a non-union project. No acting experience is required, however, you should be outgoing and comfortable being interviewed on camera.
- – We encourage submissions from a diverse group of people.

- – If shortlisted, you MUST be available on August 11th for a brief online interview with the director.
- – If selected, you MUST be available for a COVID test between August 21st to 25th. You will only be required for one day for a brief testing appointment, but must all the dates available until booked.
- – If selected, you MUST be available for a wardrobe appointment between August 21st to 25th. You will only be required for a brief appointment on one day, but must keep all the dates available until booked.
- – If selected, you MUST be available for filming in the greater Toronto area between August 23rd to 29th. You will only be required for one day of filming, but must keep all the dates available until booked.
- – If booked, you will receive $750 for one day of filming. If your footage is used in the final commercial, you will receive an additional $2,750.
- – Those not local to shoot location (2 hour drive), if selected, transportation costs will be covered, including accommodations. You will also receive $150 per diem for any days not on set.

- 3. Your hair is at least shoulder length or longer – perhaps curly, perhaps boldly coloured, perhaps undercut/side-shaved, bangs, or even pin-straight hair – we are excited to see all hair types!
- 4. We are also open to women with bold personal styles (perhaps tattoos, piercings, exciting street style, retro style, and ALL backgrounds, body types and abilities. No prior professional on-camera experience is mandatory – this is very important. Great smiles and a positive attitude is all you need!
