Job Description: We are seeking talented and enthusiastic African & Caribbean actors for an upcoming BBC television series set in Birmingham. This is a unique opportunity to be a part of a dynamic cast, portraying characters that bring to life the diverse cultural tapestry of the region.
Job Responsibilities:
- Commit to attending rehearsals and filming as scheduled by the production team.
- Collaborate with directors and fellow actors to bring authenticity to the characters.
- Learn lines, actions, and cues quickly and efficiently.
- Participate in promotional activities related to the series, if required.
Requirements:
- African & Caribbean females and males aged 18+ to play characters aged 15-17 (must turn 18 by 18 March 2024).
- African & Caribbean girls aged 9+ to play a character aged 9.
- Must be available to meet for an audition/chat on the specified dates in Birmingham or Coventry.
- Must be from Birmingham or Coventry or able to travel to the location for filming.
- Anyone under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
- Prior acting experience is beneficial but not mandatory.
Compensation Details:
