Job Description: We are seeking talented actors for an upcoming Dairy TV Commercial that will be aired nationally. The roles we are casting for are diverse and require a range of acting skills, including improvisation and comic timing. The commercial is aimed at promoting a dairy brand and will involve scenarios that highlight the brand’s values and products in an entertaining and engaging way.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Older Woman Improv Role (65 – 85 years):

   • Portray a character that embodies the wisdom and joy of the older generation.
   • Engage in improvisational scenes with other actors, displaying a natural and spontaneous reaction to different scenarios.

2. Comic Amateur Theatre Actors (30 – 55 years):

   • Perform in light-hearted and humorous sketches.
   • Collaborate with the production team to bring creative ideas to life.

3. Drama School Graduates (20 – 25 years):

   • Play roles that appeal to a younger demographic, showcasing the vibrancy and energy of youth.
   • Demonstrate a strong foundation in acting techniques and a willingness to take direction and adapt performances as needed.

Requirements:

• Sydney based applicants only.
• Must be available for the entire shoot schedule (to be disclosed upon selection).
• Previous acting experience required (for theatre actors and drama school graduates).
• Ability to memorize scripts and improvise when necessary.
• Strong communication skills and punctuality.
• Provide a headshot and acting resume with your application.

Compensation Details:

• Payment range: $3000 – $6000, depending on the role and experience.
• Possible additional compensation for usage rights if the commercial is distributed beyond initial terms.
