Job Details: We seek talented male dancers deeply connected to their West African heritage to join an upcoming project. This project will involve capturing the essence of traditional West African dance forms through a dynamic and visually captivating shoot. The shoot is scheduled to take place in London on the 22nd and 23rd of August.

Job Responsibilities:

• Showcase proficiency in traditional West African dance styles, demonstrating a solid understanding of each movement’s cultural significance and historical context.
• Collaborate closely with the choreography team to interpret and convey the rich storytelling elements embedded in each dance routine.
• Contribute to creating a visually stunning and emotionally resonant performance that captures the essence of West African cultural heritage.
• Attend rehearsals and costume fittings as required to ensure a polished and cohesive presentation.

Requirements:

• Male dancers aged 18 and above.
• Deep connection to and understanding West African cultural heritage and traditional dance forms.
• Proven experience and skill in performing traditional West African dance styles, with the ability to execute complex movements authentically.
• Strong ability to work collaboratively with a team of choreographers, fellow dancers, and production staff.
• Reliable availability for the shoot dates in London on the 22nd and 23rd of August.

Compensation: Selected dancers will be compensated at a competitive industry rate commensurate with experience and expertise. Additionally, meals and refreshments will be provided during the shoot days.
