The story follows Lucy as she embarks on a poignant journey to track down her missing younger brother, hoping to find him in time to attend a Memorial Day house party. This role requires a strong ability to convey a range of emotions, from toughness to vulnerability, as Lucy navigates challenges and uncovers truths on her quest.
Job Responsibilities:
- Portray the character of Lucy, adhering to the script and director’s vision, while also bringing personal interpretation to the role.
- Participate in rehearsals as scheduled, working collaboratively with the director and cast members to develop character dynamics and scene interactions.
- Attend costume fittings, makeup sessions, and any other preparatory meetings required for the role.
- Be available for the entire shooting schedule, which will be provided in advance, and be willing to work flexible hours as needed.
Requirements:
- Female actors aged 16 and older by July 2024. Proof of age will be required.
- Must have an ambulatory or mobility disability. We are committed to authentic representation and encourage actors who personally understand the experiences of living with such disabilities to apply.
- Previous acting experience is preferred but not required. We welcome new talent who can bring genuine emotion and authenticity to the role.

Compensation Details:
- This is a paid role. Compensation will be competitive and commensurate with the actor’s experience.
