Richard Pye is seeking three talented queer dance artists to join him in the creation and performance of his latest work, Bystander. This exciting opportunity involves a 5-week creation period followed by two premiere performances at RichMix.
Job Responsibilities:
- Participate actively in a 5-week creative process, collaborating closely with Richard Pye and other dancers.
- Attend all rehearsals and be available for the full creation period.
- Perform in two premiere performances at RichMix.
- Contribute creatively to the development of the work, bringing your unique perspective and skills to the process.
Requirements:
- Must identify as LGBTQIA+.
- Preferably based in London.
- Demonstrate a playful, imaginative, friendly, and focused demeanor.
- Strong technical skills and control over the dynamics of movement.
- Excellence in performance and a passion for collaboration.
- Richard is particularly interested in working with individuals who are part of the global majority and/or are neurodiverse.
Compensation:
- Fee: £600 per week for 5 weeks

- Professionalism and the ability to collaborate effectively with the production team and other cast members.
