Cranberry Panda are excited to be working exclusively with a beautiful, family run, Luxury Fashion brand in London, who doubled their head count in 2021 and are now looking to drive & scale the ecommerce side of their business. Through covid, they grew their brand 400% YoY, established a strong leadership team, and brought some fantastic new people into the team. And for 2022, they will be continuing their growth, looking to scale internationally, and adding more heads!
One of their immediate (and key!) hires, is for a Performance Marketing Manager, a newly created role on the marketing team. Reporting into the Head of Marketing, you will lead & drive their paid marketing strategies, delivering growth & acquisition and identifying new opportunities.
This is a fantastic role for someone who wants to come in and make their stamp on a small but mighty team!
About the role:
- Define & drive their paid advertising strategy
- Work closely with their digital marketing agency to achieve targets & KPI’s and grow paid search, paid social & google shopping
- Test & learn established and new channels
- Own & manage their new affiliate channel
- Manage organic search strategies
- Manage their performance marketing budget
- Reporting & analysis
About you:
- +4 years’ experience in performance marketing
- Strong experience with Google Ads, Facebook & Google Analytics
- Experience working with a high-growth D2C brand
- Agency or client side is fine if you have worked with retail, fashion, luxury or beauty brands
- A knowledge of SEO & Affiliate Marketing would be a bonus

Requirements:
- Must be physically fit and capable of standing and moving for extended periods.
- A basic understanding of football or general sports is necessary to effectively follow the game and capture relevant audio.
- Ability to work outdoors in different weather conditions.
- Keen attention to detail to ensure the best possible audio capture.
- Prior experience with audio equipment is advantageous but not mandatory.

She works closely with her colleague Julian, handling client interactions with a playful, sparky personality that exudes energy and charm. Despite her lively demeanor, Viola remains impressively professional, making her an invaluable part of the team.
Job Responsibilities:
- Portray Viola, capturing her lively, energetic personality and excellent customer service skills.
- Work closely with the actor playing Julian to establish a dynamic and engaging working relationship on screen.

We are looking for real couples to tell us their love stories on a new online comedy show. On this show, we follow two well known comedy/reality stars, as they chat to real couples and find out about the journey of their love life.
We are looking specifically for couples whose love stories might not always have been given a platform, these could be couples from the LGBTQ community, they could be interracial couples or even been apart of an arranged marriage. But the possibilities are endless!
The shoot is next Tuesday 9th in London (you do not need to be London based but we willing to travel in) so please urgently get in touch. All necessary covid precautions are being taken so the shoot can go ahead safely for cast and crew. Each couple will be paid £300 for 3 hours of their time.
