Merchandising Assistant
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Participation in the organization of showrooms:
• Coordinate timely receipt and organization of samples – in an out
• Coordinate sample shipment between head office and showrooms
• Maintain the daily update of Synergy system for sample shipment
• Support maintenance of collection overview
Support on market preparations
• Support with proto shipments between HQ and development offices
• Support Merchandising Team during set up of collection overview and internal selling documents
• Coordination of seasonal sample photography
Systems Maintenance
• Set up and daily maintenance of collection offer and sample launch in the internal product management system (PLM) & Excel Line list
• Set up and seasonal maintenance of collection on online selling platform JOOR
Elaboration of Market studies
• Prepare analysis of competition in terms of prices, offer, structure of collection etc.
Reporting and Sales Analysis
• Prepare weekly & monthly reports (Sales, Sell thrus, Best & Slow Sellers) for department review and global distribution
Follow up on Production
• Support of Merchandising team in managing leather approval process ensuring it is carried out in timely fashion
Assist with the smooth running of the department
• Set up and organize weekly and seasonal meetings
• Maintain the department calendar up to date
• Maintain samples organised
• Maintain PLM up to date with all changes communicated from production
• Communicate any collection updates to relevant audience (Marketing & PR, CS, Retail Team, Design team)
• From time to time you may be required to assist the VP of Merchandising with other areas of merchandising, booking travels and expenses.

Requirements:

- Prior experience with audio equipment is advantageous but not mandatory.

She works closely with her colleague Julian, handling client interactions with a playful, sparky personality that exudes energy and charm. Despite her lively demeanor, Viola remains impressively professional, making her an invaluable part of the team.
Job Responsibilities:
- Portray Viola, capturing her lively, energetic personality and excellent customer service skills.
- Work closely with the actor playing Julian to establish a dynamic and engaging working relationship on screen.
- Participate in all scheduled rehearsals and filming sessions to ensure consistent character portrayal.

We are looking for real couples to tell us their love stories on a new online comedy show. On this show, we follow two well known comedy/reality stars, as they chat to real couples and find out about the journey of their love life.
We are looking specifically for couples whose love stories might not always have been given a platform, these could be couples from the LGBTQ community, they could be interracial couples or even been apart of an arranged marriage. But the possibilities are endless!
The shoot is next Tuesday 9th in London (you do not need to be London based but we willing to travel in) so please urgently get in touch. All necessary covid precautions are being taken so the shoot can go ahead safely for cast and crew. Each couple will be paid £300 for 3 hours of their time.
