I am currently working on a fantastic Publicity Assistant role that will sit across all 3 of the current teams, so you will have the opportunity to develop knowledge in all areas, as well as assisting with day-to-day duties and upcoming events. This is a fantastic opportunity if you are looking to start your career in publicity and have a real passion for the entertainment industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Obtain client diaries from managers
- Keep client diaries up to date
- Compile and write weekly/monthly client reports
- Keep a record of all pieces of coverage that run
- Monitor press online for all client mentions and forward them onto relevant publicists
- Ensure all clients are always up to date
- Book meeting rooms where appropriate
- Upkeep of the Google drive
- Ensure the website is always up to date
- General admin – collecting post, booking train tickets etc
- Book photographers and stylists etc where applicable
- Be responsible for shoot logistics, including meals, parking and travel
- Responsible for call sheets and invoices – submitting to those necessary
- Be creative and forward thinking on projects
- Create imaginative and creative PR plans/ pitches that will make clients and ideas stand out
- Assist on coordinating media invites
- Create press packs when required
- Assist red carpet media managing and arrivals at events
- Monitor newspapers for popular culture and current affairs
- Create and maintain good relationships with journalists
- Maintain a positive relationship with the press
- Build and maintain contacts within the industry
- Act as a liaison between the client, journalists and the general public.

- A keen interest in entertainment ideally across TV, Podcast, Radio, books etc
- A broad knowledge of the entertainment industry as a whole
- An understanding of PR
- Real team player attitude
- The ability to work well under pressure

Casting Call: Viola for TV Series
Job Description: We are seeking a vibrant actress to portray Viola, a key supporting character in an upcoming TV series. Viola is employed by a Jamaican CCTV installation company, where she excels in the customer service aspect of her job. She works closely with her colleague Julian, handling client interactions with a playful, sparky personality that exudes energy and charm. Despite her lively demeanor, Viola remains impressively professional, making her an invaluable part of the team.
Job Responsibilities:
- Portray Viola, capturing her lively, energetic personality and excellent customer service skills.
- Work closely with the actor playing Julian to establish a dynamic and engaging working relationship on screen.
- Participate in all scheduled rehearsals and filming sessions to ensure consistent character portrayal.
- Travel to filming locations in the UK and Jamaica as required by the production schedule.
Requirements:
- Female, Black, Jamaican, aged 40s.
- Strong acting experience with the ability to portray a character who is both playful and professional.
- Ability to deliver lines with a natural Jamaican accent.
- Willingness to travel and commit to the full filming schedule in both the UK and Jamaica.

We are looking for real couples to tell us their love stories on a new online comedy show. On this show, we follow two well known comedy/reality stars, as they chat to real couples and find out about the journey of their love life.
We are looking specifically for couples whose love stories might not always have been given a platform, these could be couples from the LGBTQ community, they could be interracial couples or even been apart of an arranged marriage. But the possibilities are endless!
The shoot is next Tuesday 9th in London (you do not need to be London based but we willing to travel in) so please urgently get in touch. All necessary covid precautions are being taken so the shoot can go ahead safely for cast and crew. Each couple will be paid £300 for 3 hours of their time.
