The Team

We are looking for a marketing professional to embed as a Marketing Manager with our client, in order to drive the launches of exciting new products throughout EMEA this year. You will have solid and broad campaign management experience, ideally within the entertainment, film, TV, or online media industries. You will have experience of working at a regional level (ideally EMEA) and of dealing with senior stakeholders in both global and local teams.
Core Responsibilities:
- Lead multi-market (EMEA) campaigns in order to drive product engagement and usage, working cross functionally and with global, regional and in-country marketing teams to build launch project plans.
- Create and manage content plans, collaborating with priority markets to localise content.
- Work collaboratively with external stakeholders (e.g. creative agencies) to produce world class marketing assets and manage the creative process end-to-end.
- Work with the data and analytics teams to track and measure campaigns for effectives, conduct post-programme reporting and ROI analysis, contribute to quarterly performance reports & reviews.
- Manage designated partner relationships, overseeing the brand management and approvals process for partner marketing campaigns and managing partner licensing requirements.
Required qualifications:
- BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience
- Substantial relevant marketing programme / campaign management experience, preferably in the entertainment/TV/film/online media sector
- Able to multitask across big projects but also prioritise your workload and manage your time and task list according to key priorities and objectives.
- Creative and able to make creative suggestions on copy, branding, design, photography.
- Able to collate/rationalise feedback from multiple stakeholders – consolidating feedback in a clear and directional way for agencies.
- A passionate marketer with demonstrated talent for building strong collaborative partnerships with key stakeholders.
- Enthusiastic, proactive, creative and curious.
- Have a passion for online media and the next generation of creative talent – and excited about the prospect of reaching millions of users who share that passion.
- Brings relationships, models and best practices from previous experience to grow out the client’s overall marketing approach.

Casting Call: Viola for TV Series
Job Description: We are seeking a vibrant actress to portray Viola, a key supporting character in an upcoming TV series. Viola is employed by a Jamaican CCTV installation company, where she excels in the customer service aspect of her job. She works closely with her colleague Julian, handling client interactions with a playful, sparky personality that exudes energy and charm. Despite her lively demeanor, Viola remains impressively professional, making her an invaluable part of the team.
Job Responsibilities:
- Portray Viola, capturing her lively, energetic personality and excellent customer service skills.
- Work closely with the actor playing Julian to establish a dynamic and engaging working relationship on screen.
- Participate in all scheduled rehearsals and filming sessions to ensure consistent character portrayal.
- Travel to filming locations in the UK and Jamaica as required by the production schedule.
Requirements:
- Female, Black, Jamaican, aged 40s.
- Strong acting experience with the ability to portray a character who is both playful and professional.
- Ability to deliver lines with a natural Jamaican accent.
- Willingness to travel and commit to the full filming schedule in both the UK and Jamaica.
- Professionalism and the ability to collaborate effectively with the production team and other cast members.

We are looking for real couples to tell us their love stories on a new online comedy show. On this show, we follow two well known comedy/reality stars, as they chat to real couples and find out about the journey of their love life.
We are looking specifically for couples whose love stories might not always have been given a platform, these could be couples from the LGBTQ community, they could be interracial couples or even been apart of an arranged marriage. But the possibilities are endless!
The shoot is next Tuesday 9th in London (you do not need to be London based but we willing to travel in) so please urgently get in touch. All necessary covid precautions are being taken so the shoot can go ahead safely for cast and crew. Each couple will be paid £300 for 3 hours of their time.
