Who you’ll work with
As CRM Strategy Manager, you’ll report into the Senior CRM Strategy Manager, and have line management responsibility for CRM Strategy Executives.
The CRM Strategy team craft the customer communications strategy across Betting, Gaming & Safer Gambling. With a focus on relevancy and personalisation, they deliver impactful communications to keep our customers safe, entertained and feeling valued. It’s an exciting time to join the team, as we overhaul our tools to deliver the best possible CRM activity.
Your role in ‘better’
- You’ll be an important link between the CRM team and commercial team, and wider. In this collaborative role, you’ll join forces with colleagues across the business to deliver commercially considered and customer- focused campaigns and communications.
- You’ll put our customers at the heart of everything you do, crafting personalised, impactful, engaging & automated communications on & offsite.
- You’ll lead and support your team, giving them what they need to deliver their day-to-day tasks in line with plans.
- This is a data- focused role that will see you working in an analytical, targeted way to measure success and highlight opportunities for improvement.

- You’ll have experience in a CRM environment, comfortable shaping strategy and supporting a team.

- You’ll be confident with data analysis, trend spotting and will be able to feed data- led insights into the wider business to support your decision making.

Casting Call: Viola for TV Series
Job Description: We are seeking a vibrant actress to portray Viola, a key supporting character in an upcoming TV series. Viola is employed by a Jamaican CCTV installation company, where she excels in the customer service aspect of her job. She works closely with her colleague Julian, handling client interactions with a playful, sparky personality that exudes energy and charm. Despite her lively demeanor, Viola remains impressively professional, making her an invaluable part of the team.
Job Responsibilities:
- Portray Viola, capturing her lively, energetic personality and excellent customer service skills.
- Work closely with the actor playing Julian to establish a dynamic and engaging working relationship on screen.
- Participate in all scheduled rehearsals and filming sessions to ensure consistent character portrayal.
- Travel to filming locations in the UK and Jamaica as required by the production schedule.
Requirements:
- Female, Black, Jamaican, aged 40s.
- Strong acting experience with the ability to portray a character who is both playful and professional.

We are looking for real couples to tell us their love stories on a new online comedy show. On this show, we follow two well known comedy/reality stars, as they chat to real couples and find out about the journey of their love life.
We are looking specifically for couples whose love stories might not always have been given a platform, these could be couples from the LGBTQ community, they could be interracial couples or even been apart of an arranged marriage. But the possibilities are endless!
The shoot is next Tuesday 9th in London (you do not need to be London based but we willing to travel in) so please urgently get in touch. All necessary covid precautions are being taken so the shoot can go ahead safely for cast and crew. Each couple will be paid £300 for 3 hours of their time.
