Job description

Missions:

  • Support the execution of the brand PR strategy set out by the Communications Director, working closely with internal and external contacts to ensure maximum proactive and relevant exposure of the Roger Vivier brand in the UK and Ireland
  • Day to day contact for fashion, consumer and trade media, handling all press enquiries quickly and effectively
  • Management of PR showroom, coordinating all samples for all press and VIP requests as well as seasonal showroom collection orders in an organised manner
  • Assist the Communications Director with the seasonal presentations by managing press and influencer attendance, invitation send outs, talent dressing, VIP attendance and appointment schedules
  • Help coordinate and develop the influencer strategy to build and manage the Roger Vivier communities in order to maximise brand awareness on social
  • Research and present opportunities with VIP’s and monitor social and event sightings involving talent in order to share with corporate and VIP team for content regeneration purposes
  • Compile daily press clippings for HQ in an organised and timely manner
  • Assist with invoicing and seasonal team reporting
  • Management of press intern

Profile:

  • At least 1 years’ experience working at a PR agency or in-house PR team, fashion background preferable
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy are essential
  • Energetic, resourceful, flexible, and hands-on approach to tasks
  • Proactive and assertive reactions to key business requirements in a timely manner
  • Have a thorough knowledge of the fashion business, public relations, marketing, and social media
  • Have strong interpersonal skills and can build and maintain strong relationships at all levels, both within the business and externally
  • Knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint are essential

  • A basic understanding of football or general sports is necessary to effectively follow the game and capture relevant audio.
  • Ability to work outdoors in different weather conditions.
  • Keen attention to detail to ensure the best possible audio capture.
  • Prior experience with audio equipment is advantageous but not mandatory.

Job Description: We are seeking a vibrant actress to portray Viola, a key supporting character in an upcoming TV series. Viola is employed by a Jamaican CCTV installation company, where she excels in the customer service aspect of her job. She works closely with her colleague Julian, handling client interactions with a playful, sparky personality that exudes energy and charm. Despite her lively demeanor, Viola remains impressively professional, making her an invaluable part of the team.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Portray Viola, capturing her lively, energetic personality and excellent customer service skills.
  • Work closely with the actor playing Julian to establish a dynamic and engaging working relationship on screen.
  • Participate in all scheduled rehearsals and filming sessions to ensure consistent character portrayal.
  • Travel to filming locations in the UK and Jamaica as required by the production schedule.

Requirements:

We are looking for real couples to tell us their love stories on a new online comedy show. On this show, we follow two well known comedy/reality stars, as they chat to real couples and find out about the journey of their love life.
We are looking specifically for couples whose love stories might not always have been given a platform, these could be couples from the LGBTQ community, they could be interracial couples or even been apart of an arranged marriage. But the possibilities are endless!
The shoot is next Tuesday 9th in London (you do not need to be London based but we willing to travel in) so please urgently get in touch. All necessary covid precautions are being taken so the shoot can go ahead safely for cast and crew. Each couple will be paid £300 for 3 hours of their time.
