Under the direction of Chief Operating Officer, the incumbent is responsible for overseeing the regulatory and compliance of all products, factories, vendors, and co-packers meet requirements specified by the company, all applicable regulatory agencies, and licensors.

Primary Responsibilities And Essential Functions

Manages the company and product regulatory requirements, licensor requirements, food and toy industry standards, and updates.

  • Conducts routine audits on the company and its partners for regulatory and compliance standards. And creates and follows through on corrective/preventive action plans.
  • Routinely reports updates to management regarding conformance to regulatory and compliance requirements, and the status of plans to address non-conformances.
  • Conducts federal and state reviews for food and consumer product compliance updates and legislation changes. Incorporates changes in company Marketing, R&D, Product Development, Manufacturing, Quality, Sales, and Finance departments.
  • Responsible for maintaining organic certification of the company and associated partners including new certifications annual internal audits of certified partners and mass balance, and document traceability audits.
  • Maintains state milk registration and duty fees.
  • Maintains company Environmental, Social, and Governance program.

Maintains Vendor And Copackers’ Compliance To Company Requirements.

  • Ensures company partners meet specified conditions pertaining to documentation and processing of items sold to or produced by the company.
  • Conducts desk audits and on-site audits of vendors and co-packers.
  • Documents audit conclusions and forwards reports to appropriate individuals.
  • Implements corrective and preventive action plans pertaining to nonconforming Regulatory and Compliance functions.
  • Ensures CAPA’s are conducted and effective for non-conforming products and/or processes.
  • Identifies non-conformances, institutes investigations, conducts root cause analyses, identifies CAPA plans, institutes CAPA plans, and follows up CAPA plans for effectiveness through verification activities.
  • Maintains records of CAPA plans and forwards them to appropriate individuals.
  • Conducts internal and external training to company employees, co-packers, and vendors as necessary.
  • Conducts training for internal and external partners, such as updates to food safety regulations, consumer product regulations, traceability requirements, environmental, social, and governance policies.
  • Documents and maintains training files, ensuring annual training is current.

Manages mock recalls, crisis management, and geographical remote teams.

  • Ensures the company’s food and topper traceability programs are effective.
  • Identifies an item to track all necessary individuals to complete a mock recall obtaining traceability date, analyzing the data, and identifying issues encountered during the exercise.
  • Participate as a member of the company’s crisis management team and assists in managing the plan.
  • Assists company remote teams, vendors, DC’s, and co-packers as necessary during non-conformance issues, processing issues, QA issues, and troubleshooting conditions to ensure company product quality and safety requirements are met.

  1. Custodian of scope and change management process of a multi-year implementation of mission critical IBS product and service offerings at a leading multi-brand cruise line
  2. Be the first point of contact for the Transition management office set up by customer for the implementation program.

Job Accountabilities

  1. Articulate Scope with clarity on implementation activities, product features & deliverables
  2. Create a comprehensive change management process in consultation with customer. Monitor & track the changes.
  3. Establish change management controls in place and devise appropriate reporting mechanism.
  4. Lead Change governance meetings on behalf of IBS
  5. IBS Point of contact for Transition Management Office (TMO)
  6. Identify the dependencies which could impact the scope and take measures to keep them under the check.
  7. Support Program management office on scope, dependencies, and change management

Candidate Profile

  1. Experience in managing large and transformational projects spread over multiple geographies.

Position Overview

The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for leading the development of different branding techniques and marketing campaigns. The Manager will set the budgets for the marketing department and develop marketing strategies to promote Ukonic’s products or brands for increasing its market share.

  • To develop, manage and execute the digital marketing strategy, including SEO, email, social media and display advertising campaigns.

Casting Call: Disney Hipster Friend Group Shoot

Project Synopsis:

  • We are casting REAL FAMILIES of four or more members living in the same house. All types of families are welcome, including same-sex parents, extended families, single parents, etc.
  • Must be open to installing smart locks on the door(s).

Additional Provisions:

  • Compensation: $800+20% per person for fitting and chemistry day (photography).
  • Talent must be available for the Sep 27 fitting/chemistry day; please do not submit if unavailable.
  • Travel, lodging, and per diem are offered for talent not local to Orlando, extending to a 50-mile radius and beyond.

Project Synopsis:

  • Location: Brooklyn, in California, in urban settings. Much more H+M than GAP.
  • Seeking a range of body shapes, sizes, and abilities, including didifferently-abledptions.
  • Especially open to talent with unique looks, including exciting and unique hairstyles and fashion sense.
  • Seeking diversity in gender identity, race, and ethnicity. Non-binary individuals are welcome.
  • Improv experience is a massive plus as much of this shoot will be on the fly throughout the parks for four days.

Additional Project Details:

Disney Commercial Casting Call

Job Details: We seek vibrant and dynamic friend groups of 2-4 individuals aged between 21 and 30 to feature in an upcoming Disney commercial. The commercial will be shot at the enchanting Disney World, providing an unforgettable experience for both talents and viewers.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Engage in various activities and showcase genuine camaraderie while exploring the magic of Disney World.
  • Follow directions from the director and crew for specific shots and scenes.
  • Maintain a positive, energetic, and friendly demeanor throughout the shoot.

Requirements:

  • Age: 21-30
  • Friend groups of 2-4 individuals (all talents must audition together)
  • Unique and exciting personalities, demonstrated through style, hairstyle, and talents.
  • All races, genders, ethnicities, and backgrounds are welcome and encouraged to audition.

Audition Details:

  • Auditions must consist of 2 or more talents auditioning together, showcasing their natural chemistry and camaraderie.

Fitting:

Casting Call: DISNEY CRUISE LINE – DISNEY WISH (docked ship)

Project Details:

  • Project Type: Commercial
  • Project Union Status: Non-Union
  • Usage / Run: Streaming only until the major shoot on the actual cruise out to sea, then Standard Disney Release — all media, worldwide, in perpetuity.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Participate in the commercial shoot aboard the docked Disney Wish cruise ship in Port Canaveral.
  • Attend mandatory in-person fitting for wardrobe.

Requirements:

  • Talent must be available as a local hire to Port Canaveral, where the Disney Wish cruise ship is docked.
  • Must be available for the entire shoot duration and in-person fitting. If you are unable to attend, please do not submit.
  • No passport required.

Compensation Details:

  • Project Rate: $1000+20% (20% agency fee will be deducted from the rate)
  • The rate includes mandatory in-person fitting.
  • Talent will not be provided with additional gas, food, or lodging budget. Please plan accordingly.

Additional Provisions:

  • Talent must be able to work as a local hire to Port Canaveral. Gas, food, and lodging are not included in the compensation.
  • Release will reflect the Standard Disney Release — all media, worldwide, in perpetuity.

Seeking a Project Manager to oversea commercial HVAC and Plumbing construction projects.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate extensive knowledge of commercial HVAC, Plumbing and/or Piping systems
  • Oversee all aspects of construction projects from planning through project delivery
  • Establish project objectives, completion milestones, procedures and performance standards
  • Involve our Safety Director and Field Leaders early and often to ensure our jobsites, employees and project partners remain safe at all times
  • Set-up a workable schedule for job cost control, labor, material, equipment and subcontractors
  • Set-up a pre-planning meeting with internal project stakeholders
  • Work with Purchasing Department on all equipment and material buyout
  • Work with Project Team to ensure job drawings and change orders are up to date
  • Manage financial aspects of the contract, including but not limited to: financial forecasting, manpower forecasting, job cost tracking, preparing monthly billings, etc.
  • Meet or exceed gross profit goals stated in project budget
  • Interface with subcontractors, engineers, city and county officials and clients as required
  • Establish and maintain relationships with clients, win additional work
  • Communicate effectively and professionally with clients, labor, vendors and subcontractors

Qualifications

  • College degree in a construction-related field or relevant Project Management industry experience
  • Knowledge of the mechanical construction business, including estimating, scheduling and cost control, general knowledge of code requirements, ability to read blue-prints, budget preparation, negotiation skills
  • Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office productivity tools
  • Experience with or ability to learn/ utilize construction software platforms
