The Sales Coordinator will be based at ZURU’s Minneapolis Centre of Excellence and will be responsible for: regular communication with Target Buying Team regarding Programs, Policies and Events; developing weekly sales recaps for all brands; and assisting with recaps and action plans from all meetings.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with buying team annual TVI Agreements, Promotional events & Out of Aisle proposals
  • Set Up all Policy agreements in Target Partners online
  • Create/Submit Circle Submissions for all Brands
  • Create/Submit TPC’s for Approval aligned with Vendors Strategy and Target SOP
  • Develop Program Financials (each season) via Target Buying Templates highlighting inline & Q4 performances
  • Coordinate with Vendor Marketing Team Roundel Planning
  • Coordinate with Vendor Commercial & Brand teams program modifications
  • Assist with Target in meetings (either in person or via Zoom)
  • Support Vendor Sales Ops Teams in brand specific meetings (Collab, Chase/Cancel, Monthly Updates)
  • Work with Vendor teams in development of all presentation tools

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years professional experience

You are the key contact for all marketing and sales enablement activities—including PR—in the Americas region with the solid backing of the cross-region MEDIAGENIX Marketing team, of which you are a leading member.

  • Lead generation is key in our marketing strategy. You will think about new creative and innovative ways of interacting with our local customers and prospects. You organize professional customer events—such as media industry events such as NAB, conferences and webinars—and actively contribute to the roll-out of digital campaigns, email and social media campaigns, etc.
  • You collaborate with the other members of the international Marketing team (Marketing Officer, Digital Marketing Manager, Content Manager/Copywriter, Video Marketer) and with the MEDIAGENIX Sales and Customer Success teams in the Americas.
  • You also work very closely with the global Go-To-Market team to collect market intelligence, develop sales enablement materials and set up segmented sales campaigns to communicate our unique selling proposition and the value we create for our audiences.
  • You work with external partners—such as marketing, communication and PR agencies and industry organizations—in order to roll out the MEDIAGENIX Marketing strategy and action plan in an overall cross-channel marketing approach.
  • You set up marketing activities in partnership with our local distribution partner.
  • You maintain the CRM data with the Sales Team in the Americas and the CRM coordinator at headquarters
  • You localize and maintain the content of the MEDIAGENIX website for the Americas market, in line with the global online strategy.
  • You manage the marketing budget for your region in consultation with the international MEDIAGENIX Marketing Officer.

What You’ll Do:

Responsibilities

The Integrated Associate Director (IAD) is responsible for collaborating with clients to help lead the strategic direction with the team. Ballyhoo Media

Position Summary:

As part of the production team of the East Hartford Summer Youth Festival’s summer 2023 production of Disney’s Newsies, the Music Director oversees the musical aspects of the production, including leading music rehearsals and conducting the pit orchestra.

Rehearsals begin June 20 and are held on Monday-Thursday evenings. Performances will be July 28-30

Stipend available for qualified candidates

 

Position Responsibilities:

·       Attend and accompany auditions (or help to secure an accompanist)

·       Together with the director, assign vocal parts to cast members (Cast is age 8-adult).

·       Plan and conduct music rehearsals and music related elements of production in a fun but safe manner.

·       Help provide music rehearsal tracks as needed.

·       Provide individual assistance to cast members in learning music when needed.

·       Help find musicians to fill pit orchestra positions as well as conduct pit orchestra for performances.

·       Ensure all materials are gathered and put away after rehearsals and performances.

·       Attend all rehearsals and performances as scheduled.

Qualifications

Experience music directing children and adult musical theater productions, teaching music to people of all skill and experience levels, piano accompaniment skills, and ability to conduct both singers and pit orchestra.
