Are you a regular at Downtown Disney? We’re looking for real families, groups of friends, and couples in love for an exciting new Disney print campaign!

Campaign Overview:

This campaign celebrates real Disney guests at Downtown Disney. We’re seeking authentic families and friends who frequent the area. This is for a print campaign only – no video will be taken on set.

We are searching for:

•Multi-generational Latin/Hispanic families (Parents, Children, and Grandparents)

•Multi-generational Chinese/Taiwanese families (Parents, Children, and Grandparents)

•Multi-generational LGBTQIA+ families (Parents, Children, and Grandparents)

•Families with a visible disability (Parents & Children)

•Families with kids ages 6-16

•Group of Gen Z friends (Ages 21-27)

•Group of adult friends in their 30s

•Real couples in love (LGBTQIA+ couples, Gen Z couples, and couples in their early 30s)

Important Details:

•You do not need to be a professional model or actor to submit for this campaign.

•All participants must be able to work as Southern California locals and be available for the following dates:

•6/14, 6/17, & 6/18: Self-submit video submissions on Casting Crane form

•6/20 or 6/21: Zoom callback

•7/19 & 7/20: Wardrobe fitting

•7/22 – 7/24: Shoot window

Important Notes:

•Some adult roles will require night shoots.

•We cannot consider any children under the age of 6.

•This is a cherished, memorable, and paid opportunity to shoot with your family/friends for Disney. We will not be pairing models with strangers.

Talent Rates (Non-Union):

•Session fee: $800 per person (potentially up to 3 session fees depending on the final shooting schedule)

•Buy-out fee: $1200 per person (In perpetuity/Worldwide/All Media)

•Fittings fee: $75 per person

•Agent fee: 20% (if applicable)

•No payment or stipend for travel and accommodations – seeking locals to Disneyland & Southern California.

•Talent will need to provide their own transportation to Disneyland.

•Disney will conduct background checks on all available talent.

Casting Call: Disney Fort Wilderness Resort

Job Description:

We are seeking families and individuals for a non-union project at Disney’s Fort Wilderness Resort. The shoot will involve camping and outdoor activities, and talent must be comfortable around dogs. This is a fantastic opportunity for families who love the outdoors and want to be part of a magical Disney production.

Roles Needed:

1. Grandparents (Caucasian or Hispanic)

   • Age: 55-70
   • Can be singles to match with a family or real couples.

2. Family 1 (Caucasian, with Grandparents)

   • Parents: Age 30s-50s
   • Grandparents: Age 55-70
   • Children: 2-3 children, ages 6-14

3. Family 2 (Hispanic)

   • Parents: Age 30s-50s
   • Children: 2-3 children, ages 6-14

Responsibilities:

• Participate in filming outdoor and camping activities at Disney’s Fort Wilderness Resort.
• Attend a mandatory in-person fitting on June 22 at the Disney site.
• Be available for the full duration of the shoot dates.

Requirements:

• Must be comfortable with dogs.
• Must enjoy camping and outdoor activities.
• Talent unable to attend the mandatory in-person fitting should not apply.

Compensation Details:

• Daily Rate: $850 per person, per day of shooting.
• Fitting Day Rate: $175 (if the fitting is not on a shoot day).
• Travel Allowance: $175 one-time travel allowance per adult if traveling from 90 or more miles outside of Walt Disney World Resort.

Job Title: Singer for Disney Commercial

Job Overview: Disney is seeking talented young female singers for an upcoming commercial. This opportunity is open to girls aged 5-9 who have a passion for singing and performing. Selected participants will be featured in a Disney commercial, gaining valuable exposure and experience in the entertainment industry.

Responsibilities:

• Perform song(s) as directed by the commercial director and music coordinator.
• Attend all scheduled rehearsals and fitting sessions.
• Collaborate with the production team and other cast members to deliver a polished final product.
• Adhere to all on-set protocols and guidelines, maintaining a professional demeanor at all times.

Requirements:

• Must be a girl aged between 5-9 years old.
• Demonstrable singing ability.
• Available to travel and participate in the shoot on the specified dates.

Casting Call: Disney Commercial Casting Call – Seeking Young Singers

Project Description: We are seeking background actors for the feature film codenamed “Jiminy.” This project will be shot in Santa Fe, NM, and requires actors who can work locally as no transportation or accommodation will be provided.

Roles Available:

• Mary’s Husband: Male, Hispanic/Latino, age range 30-40. We are looking for actors who can portray small-town, rural types to play the husband of our lead actress.

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform background roles as directed.
• Follow directions from the film director and crew.
• Be prepared for varying call and wrap times.
• Maintain a professional demeanor on set.

Requirements:

• Must be local to the Santa Fe, NM area or willing to work as a local hire.
• Must be available for both specified shooting dates.
• Must have flexible/open availability for 12+ hour days.
• New faces who have not worked on this project in a pre-fit role are preferred (except drivers with cars).

Compensation:

• $117.00 for the first 8 hours.
• Overtime at time and a half after 8 hours.
• Typical workday is approximately 12 hours.

Casting Call: Disney’s Fairy Tale Weddings

Job Overview: Join us for a magical opportunity as we cast for Disney’s “Fairy Tale Weddings”! We are seeking same-sex couples who are ready to bring their love story to life in a breathtaking setting. Casting Call: Background Extras – Evacuees with Vehicles

Job Overview:

We are currently seeking background extras for a feature film project coded “Jiminy,” shooting in Santa Fe, NM. This opportunity is open to males and females of all ethnicities, aged 18-70. Applicants must be local hires, as transportation and accommodation will not be provided.

Responsibilities:

• Act as an evacuee in various scenes, possibly driving a car or RV on camera.

• Maintain flexibility for schedule changes and long shooting hours into the morning.

• Follow directions from the film crew and interact with other extras as required.

Requirements:

• Must be 18 years or older and able to work as a local hire in Santa Fe, NM.

• Must have a personal vehicle (car, RV, or camper) that can be used on set.

• Available for a full 12+ hour day shoot on Friday, May 17, 2024, with tentative call time around 3:00 PM.

• Flexibility for late-night shooting and open availability for schedule changes.

• Good physical condition to handle long hours and night shoots. If you have any respiratory issues that may be aggravated by fake smoke, please consider your health before applying.

Compensation:

• $117.00 for the first 8 hours, with overtime at time and a half thereafter.

• Additional $25 per day if booked with a car, or an additional $100 per day if booked with an RV.

• No fitting required.

Job Details: We are seeking Hawaiian talent for an upcoming Disney promotional shoot. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a fun and engaging project.

Roles Available:

1. Young Girl: Age 6-12

Job Responsibilities:

• Participate in the promotional shoot as directed by the production team.

• Each selected talent will be compensated $1,500 for their participation.

Casting Call: Background Actors – Paramedics/EMTs

We are excited to announce a casting call for the upcoming feature film “Jiminy,” to be shot in Santa Fe, New Mexico. We are seeking individuals to join our background cast portraying paramedics or EMTs.

Job Details:

• Role: Background Paramedics/EMTs
• Shoot Location: Various locations around Santa Fe, NM

Job Responsibilities:

• Portray paramedics or EMTs accurately and convincingly in various scenes within the film.
• Take direction from the director and assistant directors to fulfill the vision of the scenes.
• Be prepared to perform repetitive actions as multiple takes may be required.
• Remain in costume and maintain character throughout the shooting day.

Requirements:

• No acting experience is required, but prior experience as a paramedic or in emergency response is preferred to ensure authenticity in the role.
• Must be legally allowed to work in the United States.
• Available for the entirety of the shoot and fitting schedules.
• Reliable transportation to and from the set in Santa Fe.
• Comfortable with long shoot days and potential weather changes.
• Ability to follow strict on-set protocols, including health and safety guidelines.

Compensation Details:

• Standard Pay Rate: $117.00 for 8 hours. Overtime at time and a half applies after 8 hours.
• Extended Day Expectation: Typical workdays are approximately 12 hours.
• Costume Fitting Pay: $62.50 for a fitting session.
• EMT/Paramedic Specific Rate: $250.00 for 8 hours.
