The Expertise and Skills You Bring

  • 7+ years of editing and animation experience with a post house or agency
  • Ability to direct, shoot and light smaller projects using professional video equipment
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite with expertise in Adobe Premiere, After Effects and Photoshop. Familiarity with DaVinci is helpful
  • VFX skills are a plus
  • Knowledge of social media platforms and the specifics of creating and delivering for them

Hi everyone!  Helping Kendall on APP in Maine.  APP is a crime reenactment show that will film in Maine for a few days, starting July 19, 2022 and I have a few more specific roles.  This is a NON-UNION series and seeking talent working non-union:

FEATURED ROLES (Rate: $225/ day)

  • BILL: 28 to 36 years old, white male. Brown hair. SHOULD BE IN VERY GOOD PHYSICAL SHAPE. Perpetrator who hired two men to murder his wife. Arrogant, self absorbed, gym rat type. When he was on trial for the death of his wife, he seemed more preoccupied with the state of his appearance than by the loss of Farah. He showed little remorse in his interview with our boat, Bryanna, and possesses many qualities of a narcissistic psychopath.

Travel available for talent from Boston or New York.

  • FARRAH: 28 to 35 years old, white female. Very fit, long, dark hair, tanned skin. Wife and murder victim. – MUST BE ABLE TO DRIVE – BACK UP CAR INTO DRIVEWAY.
  • IVIE: 28 to 36 years old, Black, Mixed Ethnicity, Hispanic female. Afro-Puerto Rican Descent. Slim Build, dark shoulder length hair. Ivie was a Dominatrix living in Manhattan when she was arrested for torturing and murdering several men. She has a troubled past, with a history of alleged sexual abuse and a tumultuous upbringing, raised in one of the poorest neighborhoods in New York. She had worked for a few years as a high-earning Wall Street business-type before transitioning into sex work. She is currently up for parole in the state of New York and is preparing to serve time in New Jersey.

  • ROSARIO: 18 to 25 years old, Hispanic male. Ivie’s half brother, male, late teens, dark, curly, short hair, slim frame.

The Role: Content Producer

We are seeking a Content Creator/Producer to work across multiple in house brands. This Creator/Producer will be responsible for the planning, coordination, execution, editing, and on-time delivery of highly impactful, creative, digital video content and assets to support our global brand initiatives and product launches. This position requires a blend of excellent video and photography production skills with the ability to develop entertaining and/or informative storytelling concepts that cut through the content clutter. The ideal candidate is a self-starter, confident in running the content capture process, and a strategic/creative problem-solver, contributing to the process of conception and ideation. The candidate should bring strong project and time management skills, a creative eye and an open mind, receptive to feedback and willing to collaborate. Reporting directly to the Director of Integrated Marketing, s/he will work in closely with the Sr. Graphic Designer and Content Producer to form a creative team that ensures the highest level of quality creative work is delivered. This team works in partnership and in service of Brand Management, Social Media, Education, Trade & Event Marketing, Sales, and Artist Relations to create compelling content that drives engagement with and affinity for our brands and products, amongst our target consumers and artist family. This role will be located in our global headquarters in Norwell, MA.

Key Responsibilities:

· Cultivate a deep understanding of the brands, products, and customers. Leverage that understanding to deliver dynamic content to the cross-functional team

· Be a problem-solver by contributing content and channel solutions to satisfy briefs initiated by Brand Managers and Brand Team. Work with creative partners on those solutions and present them for approval, resulting in the delivery of a vision and content that communicates the differentiation of the brands to drive awareness and purchase intent.

· Plan, coordinate, execute, edit, and deliver all video content. As project lead running shoots, he/she will create project timelines, schedule the shoots, scout shoot locations, and manage equipment and personnel logistics. Post-shoot, he/she will lead the process of feedback and approvals.

· Create supporting materials such as titles, graphics, and/or animations to support in the production of video segments.

· Working in collaboration with the Sr. Graphic Designer, who will help drive creative direction for photo shoots, he/she will coordinate, shoot, and deliver photography assets. Leveraging a knowledge of the products and how to appropriately capture them, the Content Creator/Producer should deliver breakthrough lifestyle/editorial and product imagery that drives interest and desire for our brands and products. Periodically, capturing ad-hoc imagery for the Brand and Marketing teams is required.

· Be our video and photography content expert. Bring industry leading ideas and solutions to keep our content on the cutting edge. Have in-depth knowledge of production equipment and technologies.

· Be the control center and executor of live video/streaming communications.

· Manage videography, photography & audio equipment assets, including all details of scheduling and shipping/receiving appropriate equipment to endorsers for remote filming projects.

· Capture artist and performance content – requires travel for content capture.

Requirements

· Bachelor’s Degree with a major in film/multimedia, or relevant experience in film/multimedia

· 3+ years’ experience in video production, video editing, photography and content creation

· Strong video capture and production skills (all aspects) with an eye towards visual design, as evidenced by a portfolio of past projects

· Strong photography portfolio – particularly product/still-life and lifestyle/artistic – as evidenced by a portfolio of past projects

The Associate Producer supports the senior level producers on client facing projects for both video and event programs. This person is responsible for assisting with logistics as well as making sure project elements are delivered on time and on budget in conjunction with the core team. Small projects will be assigned to be managed independently based on experience. As an externally facing team member, we look for accountable, driven, professional people who put client service and quality first. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills are required for this position. Our ideal candidate will have experience in both event and video projects from an agency or other production environment.

  • A supporting role to senior level staff, managing elements of an overall program

Video Producer:

Our professional services client is looking for a Video Producer to work on broadcast, web, and social media projects for the company. The Video Producer will be responsible for on-location/in-studio shoots, which may require working with outside resources/vendors and some travel. This person will work on all aspects of a production including: Pre-production, production, and post-production.

Principal Duties:

  • Create graphics-based television commercials using Adobe Creative Suite including InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator.
  • Plan and perform video post-production tasks such as reviewing footage, rough cuts, audio adjustment, color correction, and final editing
  • Utilize computer graphics, animation, and special effects for video post-production in accordance with the overall creative concepts.
  • Follow brand guidelines for the company.
  • Occasionally work with studio productions which may include camera operation, adjustment of studio lighting, and operation of audio recorders and mixers.

    JOB SUMMARY: Founded in 1997, The Center for Arts in Natick (TCAN) serves the MetroWest Boston region by increasing opportunities to experience, participate in and learn about the arts. TCAN attracts 30,000 patrons each year to attend concerts by national touring artists, first-run and art house movie screenings, comedy events, community theater, and theater education programs for children.

    The Theater Operations Manager is responsible to develop and direct an operational structure for the successful running of our nonprofit venue. This will include managing the box office and front-of-house event staff, planning and managing program events, coordination of all venue schedules, inventory management of concessions and office supplies, and compliance with all state and local requirements including permits, health and safety standards, and TIPS certification. 

    The Theater Operations Manager will assist in qualifying rental opportunities with prospective clients and may work as Event Manager for several events monthly, as required. Event programs and rental events are scheduled primarily during evening and weekend time periods.

    Participates in the creation and communication of related policies and procedures.

    This is a full-time position – salary commensurate with experience.

    JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

    Staff Management and Supervision

    • Recruiting and training of event staff, Event Managers, and box office volunteers
    • Scheduling of volunteers to support all events and box office hours
    • Maintain all staff certifications required to offer food and alcohol service

    Sr. Content Producer, Marketing Services

    This role manages the execution of photo and video shoots from start to finish to ensure the photo strategy is accomplished for print, digital, and eCommerce. The Sr. Content Producer is responsible for coordinating the acquisition of talent, crew and production needs, while managing overarching photography budgets for the brands. This role will also manage the negotiation of vendor rates, creating project estimates, and compiling vendor contracts. The Content Producer is a leader within the department and works closely with Creative and Brand partners to help bring the marketing strategy and creative vision to life at a high level. This role assists in researching industry standards and trends, and presenting initiatives that drive for the department forward.

    Major Areas of Responsibility

    • Collaborate with the Creative and Brand teams to bring the creative concept to life by managing every facet of photo and video production, including location, talent, stylist and crew.
    • The Content Producer will generate estimates and manage shoot budgets. This role will work with and manage outside producers when needed to bring the concept to life.
    • Partner with creative directors, art directors, project management and brand team members to schedule shoots based on production deadlines and sample availability.
    • Oversee production logistics of various ad campaigns, PR, e-commerce/digital and still life photo shoots for each TJX brand, while managing the legal aspects of image usage.
