    The Director of Human Resources is a highly skilled human resource leader with honed technical human resource consulting skills. The incumbent will be the trusted business partner to assigned corporate business entity leaders and will proactively consult with them to drive continued employee engagement and retention. The Director of Human Resources will oversee the following human resource areas: management and employee coaching and consulting; employee relations; training and organization development; change management initiatives; workforce and succession planning; compliance with both all state and federal laws as well as Company policy and procedures; and performance management.     Key Responsibilities

    Position Overview

    The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for leading the development of different branding techniques and marketing campaigns. The Manager will set the budgets for the marketing department and develop marketing strategies to promote Ukonic’s products or brands for increasing its market share.

    • Proven experience with Direct Response campaigns with experience with attribution, conversion tracking, and optimizing towards strict KPI goals.

    What You’ll Do

    Fantasy Flight Games has an immediate full-time opportunity for a Marketing Project Coordinator to join our Marketing team.     Responsibilities:

    • Quickly learn new game builds including debug commands, test and troubleshoot solutions within WIP builds, communicate directly with development team to resolve issues as needed
    • Report back on available options within a build, develop shot lists in collaboration with Creative Directors, Editors, and Producers
    • With an eye for cinematic storytelling, compose and capture scenes that show off key features, impressive visuals, or specific moments within a game
    • Direct other players as needed for third person and multiplayer capture
    • Edit capture selects bins at the end of the day to provide only the best capture to the editor

    Qualifications:

    • Must have a reel or portfolio
    • Must have 3-5 years of experience capturing game footage
    • Must be comfortable working with various game engines (unreal, unity, etc)
    • Excellent communication and time management skills
    • Experience working on and directing multiplayer shoots with large groups
    • Vast knowledge of gaming engines (unreal, unity, etc)
    • Must have experience working with a wide variety of platforms (mobile, console, PC, VR)

    Looking for BG that can provide their own gear, such as shin guards and cleats, but optional. This will be an exterior shoot for the current season in Williamsburg, Brooklyn.
