POSITION SUMMARY:

The Art Director is responsible for strategic content creation from inception through completion. Reporting into the Vice President and the Executive Director, the art director develops concept campaigns from ideation to execution of all assets for a 360 campaign. The ideal candidate will create extraordinarily strong storytelling and is an analytical thinker, able to create holistic content and execute breakthrough consumer-centric initiatives across our brand channels – print, digital, and social media. They will work cross-functionally with Copy, Digital, Visual Merchandising, and the Social team to develop campaigns. The candidate will be an innovative, strategic, passionate creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills.

RESPONSABILITIES:

  • Create awe-inspiring, strong story-telling creative content creation/campaigns
  • for all global programs that resonates with target audiences.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Position requires 8+ years related experience at a traditional ad agency or similar experience in a brand creative studio.

RSVLTS is hiring a Senior Art Director who’s as talented as Bob Ross, as energetic as Leslie Knope on a sugar rush, and as nimble as Bugs Bunny weaving through the Monstars in the paint. If that’s you, keep on reading.

As our creative department grows and we tackle more licensed apparel from the likes of Disney, Marvel, Nickelodeon, etc., we need an experienced Senior Art Director to help own and evolve our marketing design system—everything from seasonal campaigns to photoshoot direction, email layouts to social ads. If you haven’t guessed yet, we need someone with branding and marketing experience, plus the ability to run a photoshoot just as well as they can run a team of designers. No pressure.

This is an in-house position, you must be able to work out of RSVLTS HQ at least three days per week (but it’s a fun office, we have snacks and a couch and sometimes we watch movies while we work).

So, what would your day look like?

  • Make us beautiful. Help design our 360° marketing campaigns, soup to nuts—everything from website assets to social to emails and more – to bring the RSVLTS visual identity to life.
  • Create original marketing concepts with a fresh visual approach to help meet business objectives and sell some damn apparel.
  • Oversee a team of designers, creators, photographers, and videographers, providing a north star vision and an overall eye for flawless assets, all while fostering growth
  • Maintain our design and brand standards as we grow into new markets, ad platforms, partnerships, and product verticals

What you bring to the table

  • Design chops. Starting off with the obvious here, but we need an AD who has mastered their skill to design some eye-catching work.
  • Photoshoot experience. We have a lot of product launches, which means we do a lot of photoshoots. We need someone with the eye and the confidence of a seasoned photoshoot floor commander.
  • Leadership qualities. You will be responsible for a team of talented designers and creators who you can mold to your will (that’s a villainous, creepy way of saying we want you to manage a team)
  • A solid communicator with the ability to to present work in an effective and comprehensive manner, to both internal and external stakeholders.
  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven, and collaborative environment. We’re constantly shouting ideas at each other and testing things on the fly. This office is a lot of fun, and speed always wins.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of relevant graphic or production design experience
  • 5+ years of art direction experience with a management component
  • Degree in Design, Visual Communications, Fine Art, Advertising, or related
  • Adobe Suite expertise – Photoshop, Illustrator
  • Experience with AfterEffects designing for motion or video editing a plus
  • A kickass portfolio
  • Knowledge of current and upcoming social platforms
  • Agency experience is not necessary but a strongly preferred
  • Apparel brand experience not necessary but a strongly preferred

About RSVLTS

RSVLTS, LLC

As an Associate Brand Relations Manager, you will partner with Walt Disney studios and Walt Disney games disciplines (production, creative, and marketing) in receiving, routing, and the delivering of brand content and approvals to ensure games are aligned with brand and corporate guidelines.

This role requires day to day interactions with the games team, creatives, marketing, and Walt Disney studios. You will support studios for Disney/Pixar Games including: Walt Disney Animation, Disney Live Action, Pixar, Parks, Disney Media & Entertainment Distribution (DMED).

This brand work entails providing clearly communicated brand feedback/approvals/notes to and from studios and games teams, meetings, reviews, and content share outs. A key responsibility in this role is to continue to support the relationships of the studio stakeholders as we push the limits of innovation for new product that evolves with the market and audience.

You will primarily lead small scale/complex products and support live service/live operated titles. This person leads assigned projects and supports the Brand Relations leads across their assigned products.

The ideal candidate is a self-starter who can draw upon a background with solid knowledge of the Disney brands and knowledge of gaming and a passion for both. They must be able to carefully articulate feedback and clearly communicate information to all stakeholders, addressing opportunities and challenges.

POSITION SUMMARY:

This role works in support of and alignment with the Social and Content Associate Manager and Creative and Content Manager’s strategic plan.

The Digital Content Coordinator is a key member of the Marketing Team and works first and foremost to drive the resort and marketing goals. They must be a team player and have a marketing mindset, able to jump in and contribute to a multitude of projects and flex their skillset where needed. Please note that advanced skiing/snowboarding ability is an essential function of this job.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
  • Develop and craft powerful brand and product content to push key marketing goals and targets
  • Assist with capturing, creating content for, posting on, and optimizing social media channels including Instagram – including Stories, Tik Tok, Twitter, Facebook, Pinterest, and YouTube. Additional channels may be added as social strategy expands.
  • Assist with community management on all social channels.

WAGE:

The base hourly pay range below represents the low and high end of Winter Park Resorts’ hourly pay range for this position. Actual pay will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to experience, education, training, location, merit system, quantity or quality of production, responsibilities, and regular and/or necessary travel. The range listed is just one component of Winter Park Resorts’ total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include many region-specific benefits.

  • Hourly Range: $20-$21/hr

Physical Demands and Working Conditions

Disney Cruise Line Commercial Casting Call

Thanks for your interest in the Disney Cruise Line project! 

PLEASE READ THE BELOW INFORMATION CAREFULLY TO MAKE SURE YOU AND YOUR FAMILY QUALIFY BEFORE FILLING OUT THE APPLICATION.
 
This is an exciting project that will shoot ON BOARD the new DCL “Wish”.  Families booked for this cruise will have the run of the ship, as a passenger, when they’re not shooting. Shooting days and hours will vary per production schedule.
 
Application and video deadline is Mon. 8/29/22.

Please note client will be reviewing immediately so please respond as quickly as possible. Client is eager, but understands it is a last-minute project.
 
CASTING for MULTIPLE FAMILIES! We’re in search of real families of all ages who love Disney, Marvel, Star Wars or Pixar stories! We are looking for gregarious, fun personalities that show through without “acting” and are comfortable being unabashedly themselves on camera. Families should reflect the rich tapestry and diversity of our world—all family sizes, make-ups, abilities, and identities welcome. 
 
To be considered, you must meet the following criteria:

  • Families with a minimum of 3 members (Parents + Children) or a maximum of 7 members (including Grandparents, Aunts, Uncles)
  • Children need to be between 3-17 years old
  • All talent over 5 years old must be fully vaccinated (including booster – or second vaccination within the last 9 months)
  • All participants must have valid passports, valid through March 2023
  • Open to any families who are US citizens and live in North America (other than NY or LA).

**Please note that the MAX allowable per larger room is 7 people total and the entire family would stay in the same room. 
 
**Proof of vaccination and passport expiration date will need to be shown at casting to prevent unnecessary confusion later. There will be a spot to upload these later on this form.

COMPENSATION:
Adults: $500.00/shoot day, $400.00 travel, or down days (non-shoot days)
Kids under 18: $250.00/shoot day, $175.00 travel & down days (non-shoot days)
 
USAGE TERMS: This production will shoot video & stills. Footage/Images will be used in multiple purposes, payments will be all-inclusive for all media in perpetuity.

Looking for Native American, First Nations and Indigenous veterans and active military to work as background performers on the new Marvel Studios streaming series.

Filming will be July 26-30 near Atlanta, GA

COMPENSATION, TRAVEL, & HOTEL PROVIDED

Background performers (extras) are compensated

Rate: $135/day for up to 12 hours of filming

(anything over 12 hours per day incurs overtime pay) 

For those who live more than 100 miles from the location, production will provide additional compensation for housing: 

YOUR CHOICE OF: 

A clean hotel room + $25/day for meal compensation or $125/day living expenses

Production will also provide additional compensation of up to $350 in travel expenses with valid receipts (each way).
