OVERVIEW

The intern is responsible for supporting the agency’s Lifestyle & Wellness department including support for all programs and TOPR accounts. The Lifestyle & Wellness Intern will report to the Lifestyle Director and work closely with other team members, ideating on the best PR tactics to keep clients top of mind in the media. There is an opportunity for growth within the company.

DESCRIPTION AND RESPONSIBILITIES

● Assist the TOPR Lifestyle Director inclusive of activities such as the following for clients and TOPR accounts:

○ Media list creation and management

○ Press clips and media monitoring

○ General client and competitor research

○ Strategize and execute on creative mailers to increase awareness and social coverage for all TOPR clients

○ Assist in all client mailer creation, execution, packaging and coverage tracking

○ Monitor and report results for all PR efforts

○ Assist in administrative duties

REQUIREMENTS

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills

· Can come into the office 2 days a week

· Organized with attention to detail

· Creatively driven

· Ability to meet deadlines and multitask in a fast-paced environment

· Self-starter with an eagerness to learn

  • Assist with photoshoots, dressing the models, prepping and wrapping up the shoot before and after
  • Assist with pop-up events, helping set and close up after event, drive sales through engagement with customers, educating clients about our brand, answering questions and sharing product knowledge.
  • Assist with Instagram photo captions and descriptions, help create social media content, edit videos and write or edit for blog
  • General office tasks and operations

This Week with George Stephanopoulos, ABC’s Sunday public affairs broadcast, is seeking a temporary Associate Producer. This position is responsible for assisting with all aspects of show production and will be a key member of the editorial and production staff.

This position is based in Washington, DC working Wednesday – Sunday with occasional late evenings and regular early Sunday morning hours.

Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the editorial vision of the show by suggesting headliners, roundtable guests and pitch segment ideas
  • Support the research team with background information for interviews
  • Identify and assemble video elements
  • Book characters for tape packages
  • Coordinate guest travel
  • Handle TW’s social media platforms, posting guest announcements ahead of the show and interview highlights on Sundays

Job Overview:
