About the role
PA to MD & Senior Team and Departmental Assistant to ensure smooth running of the office.
Main Tasks & Responsibilities
The role to include (but not limited to)
- Diary/meeting planning MD & senior team
- Desk management & floor planning – new productions/developments
- Updating holiday & office attendance tracker
- Organising logistics for Away Days, Talent Meetings, Commissioner & Talent pitches/lunches
- Planning and overseeing office/social events
- General overview of office (stationery, filing, IT etc.)
- Prepping pitch materials/ buying props for development projects & run throughs
- Reconciling expenses
- Overseeing RDF Social Media
- Supporting us in administering a vibrant office culture, that makes RDF a creative and inspiring place to work
Skills & Qualifications
- Exceptionally well organised
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Good multi-tasker and forward thinker
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work with speed, accuracy, and confidentiality
- Friendly and approachable manor with a can-do attitude
- Excellent knowledge of Outlook, and all Microsoft Programs
Reporting to: Head of Production, RDF
Contract Type: Fixed Term 12 month contract
Location: Shepherd’s Bush, London, UK

Job Description: We are seeking a vibrant actress to portray Viola, a key supporting character in an upcoming TV series. Viola is employed by a Jamaican CCTV installation company, where she excels in the customer service aspect of her job. She works closely with her colleague Julian, handling client interactions with a playful, sparky personality that exudes energy and charm. Despite her lively demeanor, Viola remains impressively professional, making her an invaluable part of the team.
Job Responsibilities:
- Portray Viola, capturing her lively, energetic personality and excellent customer service skills.
- Work closely with the actor playing Julian to establish a dynamic and engaging working relationship on screen.
- Participate in all scheduled rehearsals and filming sessions to ensure consistent character portrayal.
- Travel to filming locations in the UK and Jamaica as required by the production schedule.

We are looking for real couples to tell us their love stories on a new online comedy show. On this show, we follow two well known comedy/reality stars, as they chat to real couples and find out about the journey of their love life.
We are looking specifically for couples whose love stories might not always have been given a platform, these could be couples from the LGBTQ community, they could be interracial couples or even been apart of an arranged marriage. But the possibilities are endless!
The shoot is next Tuesday 9th in London (you do not need to be London based but we willing to travel in) so please urgently get in touch. All necessary covid precautions are being taken so the shoot can go ahead safely for cast and crew. Each couple will be paid £300 for 3 hours of their time.
