About the role: We’re excited about our plans for 2023, and are looking for an expert Campaign Manager to join us in our ambition to launch our biggest Original to date! If you’re passionate about film and TV, have sound experience in managing and delivering creative workflows for multi-media campaigns, and enjoy working with diverse global teams, this role is for you.Â
Responsibilities
·       Manage all operational aspects of a campaign including workflow, timelines, resources and budgets for Freevee UK’s biggest Original launch in 2023.Â
·       Work collaboratively with internal teams and external agencies to assess project requirements, obtain approvals, and ensure efficient development and delivery of assets as per the production plan.
·       Localize and deliver key promotional materials, including online & offline video, OOH, print, social and display formats, plus owned & operated channel requirements (e.g. key art, box art, trailers).
·       Ensure appropriate processes, procedures and job tracking to keep deliverables on time and on budget.
·       Anticipate and effectively mitigate problems, manage day-to-day escalations and troubleshooting of campaign management issues.
·       Consistently communicate to stakeholders about updates on progress, relevant delays or issues, and budget or timing implications.
·       Proactively recognize cross-functional bottlenecks, challenges and workflow constraints and providing operational solutions.
Basic Qualifications
·       Experience using Microsoft Excel to manipulate and analyze data
·       Professional non-internship marketing experience
·       Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programmes
·       Experience using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements
·       Experience presenting metrics and progress to goal to senior leadership
Additional RequirementsÂ
·       Multiple years’ experience of project management and creative production at an advertising agency, network or studio production company.
·       Fluent in video, digital and static formats while understanding the fundamentals of asset management and ad trafficking.
·       Experience working with Project Management tools to manage the life cycle of a job (e.g. timings, milestones, approvals).
·       Experience managing industry/marketing body approvals (e.g. Clearcast).
Preferred QualificationsÂ
·       Experience working with global cross functional teams
·       AV Post-Production experience
·       Experience working a fast paced and demanding environment
·       Ability to operate autonomously amidst ambiguity
·       Excellent verbal and written communication skills
·       Expert organizational skills and the ability to prioritize, monitor, and manage workload
·       Extensive experience managing a high volume of creative and campaign types in parallel, while working with geographically dispersed teams
·       Detailed knowledge of the workflow within a marketing, production company or digital creative department
·       Deep understanding of digital file and folder management systems (e.g. DAM)

Casting Call: Viola for TV Series
Job Description: We are seeking a vibrant actress to portray Viola, a key supporting character in an upcoming TV series. Viola is employed by a Jamaican CCTV installation company, where she excels in the customer service aspect of her job. She works closely with her colleague Julian, handling client interactions with a playful, sparky personality that exudes energy and charm. Despite her lively demeanor, Viola remains impressively professional, making her an invaluable part of the team.
Job Responsibilities:
- Portray Viola, capturing her lively, energetic personality and excellent customer service skills.
- Work closely with the actor playing Julian to establish a dynamic and engaging working relationship on screen.

We are looking for real couples to tell us their love stories on a new online comedy show. On this show, we follow two well known comedy/reality stars, as they chat to real couples and find out about the journey of their love life.
We are looking specifically for couples whose love stories might not always have been given a platform, these could be couples from the LGBTQ community, they could be interracial couples or even been apart of an arranged marriage. But the possibilities are endless!
The shoot is next Tuesday 9th in London (you do not need to be London based but we willing to travel in) so please urgently get in touch. All necessary covid precautions are being taken so the shoot can go ahead safely for cast and crew. Each couple will be paid £300 for 3 hours of their time.
