Ideally you would be a team player who can hit the ground running, thrive in a high paced environment (office & onsite), love to multi-task and need minimal guidance whilst bringing a wealth of expertise and recommendations from the world of Experiential.

Core Duties
- Scoping, budgeting and building out initial proposals for live events – physical, virtual and hybrid
- Developing live shows for physical and virtual events from initial client briefing through to completion
- Working alongside internal account, creative, video and production teams to ensure the show aligns with the wider project/campaign and overseeing show design/management of all content
- Managing budgets for any show related elements
- Ensuring adequate production is scoped for the project in collaboration with the Production Manager
- Developing Run of Show and other show related documentation
- Developing show content with speakers/clients in collaboration with wider Wasserman team and/or freelance resource (including but not limited to: scripting, presentations, polling etc.)
- Booking/contracting entertainment
- Developing speaker/talent documentation
- Facilitating speaker/talent briefing/training (or resourcing accordingly)
- Resourcing show teams in collaboration with the Production Manager
- Facilitating staff training sessions ahead of show dates
- Key client contact for any show related elements
- Managing and writing schedules for briefing, training, technical checks, rehearsals and live dates
- Attendance on show and rehearsal dates (this may on occasion include overseas travel)
Requirements
- Experience in a comparable position / agency / industry
- Highly collaborative, team player, strong influencer, and relationship builder
- A can-do attitude to problem solving, understanding the importance of hustle in order to make a little go a long way. Must be able to multi-task and be flexible enough to react under stressful circumstances
- Possess exceptional communication skills, both orally and in writing. Superior interpersonal skills and ability to create a rapport with people. Consistently able to craft a story through written communications
- Strong attention to detail and highly organized with experience in MS Office software and other digital platforms (experience in other digital collaboration tools including Slack, Miro, Smart Sheets etc. a bonus)
- Good understanding of AV, live streaming and production
- Ideally have experience producing virtual events (managing fully remote teams a bonus)
- Ideally have experience working with multiple virtual event platforms – off the shelf (e.g Bizzabo, Swapcard, Hopin etc.), and bespoke solutions

Job Description: We are looking for a Parabolic Microphone Operator to assist in capturing live field audio during the Virginia vs Wake Forest game at Allegacy Federal Credit Union Stadium in Winston-Salem, NC. The operator will be responsible for using a wired parabolic microphone dish to capture ambient sounds from the field, enhancing the live broadcast experience by bringing the audience closer to the action.
Job Responsibilities:
- Operate a wired parabolic microphone dish along the sidelines or endline to capture the general sounds of the game.
- Follow the gameplay closely, adjusting the microphone to capture optimal audio as the action unfolds.
- Work in coordination with the broadcast team to ensure continuous high-quality audio capture.
- Stand for long periods and move along the field as needed to follow the action.
- Adapt to outdoor conditions, including varying weather, while maintaining performance.
Requirements:
- Must be physically fit and capable of standing and moving for extended periods.
- A basic understanding of football or general sports is necessary to effectively follow the game and capture relevant audio.
- Ability to work outdoors in different weather conditions.
- Keen attention to detail to ensure the best possible audio capture.
- Prior experience with audio equipment is advantageous but not mandatory.

Casting Call: Viola for TV Series
Job Description: We are seeking a vibrant actress to portray Viola, a key supporting character in an upcoming TV series. Viola is employed by a Jamaican CCTV installation company, where she excels in the customer service aspect of her job. She works closely with her colleague Julian, handling client interactions with a playful, sparky personality that exudes energy and charm. Despite her lively demeanor, Viola remains impressively professional, making her an invaluable part of the team.
Job Responsibilities:
- Portray Viola, capturing her lively, energetic personality and excellent customer service skills.
- Work closely with the actor playing Julian to establish a dynamic and engaging working relationship on screen.
- Participate in all scheduled rehearsals and filming sessions to ensure consistent character portrayal.
- Travel to filming locations in the UK and Jamaica as required by the production schedule.
Requirements:
- Female, Black, Jamaican, aged 40s.
- Strong acting experience with the ability to portray a character who is both playful and professional.
- Ability to deliver lines with a natural Jamaican accent.
- Willingness to travel and commit to the full filming schedule in both the UK and Jamaica.
- Professionalism and the ability to collaborate effectively with the production team and other cast members.
Compensation Details:

We are looking for real couples to tell us their love stories on a new online comedy show. On this show, we follow two well known comedy/reality stars, as they chat to real couples and find out about the journey of their love life.
We are looking specifically for couples whose love stories might not always have been given a platform, these could be couples from the LGBTQ community, they could be interracial couples or even been apart of an arranged marriage. But the possibilities are endless!
The shoot is next Tuesday 9th in London (you do not need to be London based but we willing to travel in) so please urgently get in touch. All necessary covid precautions are being taken so the shoot can go ahead safely for cast and crew. Each couple will be paid £300 for 3 hours of their time.
