Responsible for the development, implementation, and maintenance of the company’s strategic marketing and public relations plans. Research marketing needs and examine marketing trends for the company to ensure the company is positioned competitively. Provide oversight, direction, evaluation, and management to subordinates and/or vendors involved in the marketing and public relations campaigns. Coordinate production of media, advertising, and sales literature. Coordinate participation in community events and production of newsletters. Management of promotions and employee sales programs. Manage the day-to-day marketing functions of the company. Monitor all marketing programs, advertising campaigns, promotions, delivery systems, and community service activities for compliance with company policies as well as external rules and regulations.

Responsibilities:

  • Develops and monitors annual marketing budget and strategic marketing plan to strengthen brand equity, deepen relationships, meet goals, and drive member loyalty. Assist/develop the strategic marketing plan and present to the COO or CEO. Recommend new services and changes in existing services to meet the financial needs of members.
  • Creating marketing and public relations concepts, leading the creative design process. Place orders and monitor quality of printed materials and deliveries. Design, develop, and implement marketing and public relations programs for the company. Track and evaluate results of programs. Update or change as appropriate to ensure effectiveness. Oversee implementation of and reporting on approved marketing plans and budgets.
  • Measure and report on campaign and promotion results for member growth, profitability and satisfaction. Evaluates the effectiveness of all marketing strategies and channels through return on marketing investments and market research assessments.
  • Create and/or review letters, direct mail, press releases, collateral materials, forms, etc. Manage outside advertising or marketing vendor design, content, or delivery of marketing materials, marketing promotions, or media campaigns. Evaluate vendors to partner with the company.
  • Maintain and file records of all printed materials and master copies. Ensure that all documentation is up-to-date and files are complete. Maintain an adequate supply of marketing materials and marketing collateral. Determine when to reorder. Take photos during events. Maintain photo and slide show for the company.
  • Utilize the marketing system or other system tool to track and assess marketing programs. Ensuring the Marketing Calendar is updated consistently.
  • Develop and implement member surveys regarding company products and services,
  • potential products and services, quality of service, and other feedback to help meet member needs.
  • Ensure that all marketing and public relations materials comply with State and Federal rules and regulations for the company. Keep abreast of changing rules and regulations.
  • Develop, apply, and evaluate policies and procedures for the department.

Requirements:

  • Two years to five years of marketing experience
  • A four-year college degree or completion of a specialized course of study at business or trade school
  • Meet or exceed the company’s planned market share, assets, loans, and other product/service
  • as stated in the business plan.
  • Assist department manager in providing direction and recommendations to management, based on current research data, regarding market strategies and directions the company should take.
  • Accomplish all assigned projects in accordance with applicable company policy and procedures.
  • Ensure all communications (such as brochures, website, signs, billboards) are accurate, timely and budget guidelines.
  • Deliver planned results within budget.
  • Provide informed, professional, accurate service and support to all members and associates. Prepare specifications and send requests for proposals (RFP’s) as assigned, performing cost and analysis on RFP’s when they are received.
  • Ensure assigned reports are accurately prepared and delivered in a timely manner.
  • Maintain a cohesive, highly trained, motivated staff sufficient to meet daily department demands and to promote member satisfaction, retention and expansion.
  • Maintain accurate reporting, appropriate tracking and measurement of department activity and results.

Position Description:

Jeff Ruby Culinary Entertainment is seeking a highly skilled Operations Manager that will assist the Vice President of Operations by being available travel to all JRCE locations when needed to identify and rectify any shortcomings, as well as to provide support. This position will ensure that all operational practices adhere to the Jeff Ruby standard of quality and are within established parameters.

Work Performed:

  1. Meet with Vice President of Operations each week to determine the needs of the business, and which location you will be expected to travel to.
  2. Ensure cleanliness is compliant with company standards and Health Department guidelines. Responsible for ensuring daily/weekly logs are being completed by each location.
  3. Assist General Manager wherever required to ensure optimum service to guests.
  4. Assist Vice President of Operations with administrative duties, etc. when not covering in restaurants.
  5. Produce production list to ensure efficient execution of service.
  6. Ability to skillfully work every FOH station at every JRCE location if needed.
  7. Monitor staff schedule and requests.
  8. Maintain an exceptional Open Table knowledge and be able to maximize seating capabilities and guest notes.
  9. Maintain and strictly abide by State sanitation/Health regulations and Restaurant requirements.
  10. Maintain complete knowledge of correct maintenance and use of equipment.
  11. Maintain complete knowledge of and comply with all departmental policies/service procedures/standards.
  12. Maintain supervisory role in the absence of the General Manager.
  13. Ensure food quality is superior and take action to correct any irregularities.
  14. Work as a team assisting all guest’s and employee’s needs and inquiries.
  15. Effectively communicate with management, chefs, and service staff to fulfill and address any issues or needs requested by guests and or other employees.

Physical Requirements:

  1. Ability to stand and walk during 8–10-hour shifts.
  2. Ability to Travel to any JRCE location, or where needed, when needed.
  3. Insurance Policy and Motor Vehicle Record must meet JRCE standards.
  4. Ability to reach, bend, stoop, and wipe.
  5. Ability to lift and carry supplies and equipment up to 60 pounds.
  6. Ability to work in an environment that is subject to varying levels of heat and noise.
  7. Ability to work in a high-pressure environment

Required Education and /or Experience:

  1. Four years of food and beverage experience in a similar high-volume environment
  2. Advanced knowledge of health, safety and sanitation procedures
  3. Professional appearance and demeanor
  4. Excellent written and oral communications skills, computer proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Angela Boehm Casting is looking for the following:

“Kitchen Ware Shoot”

Several people needed for photo shoot.”

Project: “Kitchen Ware”- Photo Shoot photoshoot

Location: Cleveland, Oh

We are creating two different restaurant sets in our studio in Cleveland and need to fill those spaces with people playing customers who are out to dinner. Also looking for people to play restaurant employees & servers. Both sets have a fine dining look.

This is a two-day shoot on May 22 (Monday) and May 23 (Tuesday). Talent will need to be with us from 8:30 am-5:00 pm on both days. Payment is $400 for each day.

Below are the talent specs: 

  • We need 2 different couples to be out for the evening. 
  • Then we need 2 people to play servers.
  • Age 25-40 (men and women or natural couples). 
  • Wide range of diversity please. 
  • Tattoos and unique looks are also allowed.

Pay Rates: 

  • Payment is $400 for the day. 

The Seven Hills School seeks a part-time Upper School theater teacher and director to join our collegial and well-established theater program.  The position involves teaching approximately two sections of high school theater each semester and directing at least one upper school play.  Courses might include Theater 1, Theater 2, or an Acting and Directing Masterclass.

 

Candidates should have, at minimum, an undergraduate degree in the field (or equivalent experience) as well as experience teaching and/or directing high school students.  They should be eager to work both with exceptionally able and motivated students and with students who are less independent. Candidates should work well with colleagues, have strong organizational skills and habits, and possess a sense of humor and of creativity.
